Abstract

본 고안의 목적은 차체패널에 구멍을 뚫지 아니하고 차체패널의 용접부의 자투리 패널을 이용하여 고정하는 와이어링 고정클립을 제공하는 데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본원 고안의 수단은 와이어링을 협지하여 고정하는 클립에 있어서, 상기 클립의 와이어링을 협지하는 탄성협지부의 하단 일측으로 형성된 가이드홈을 갖는 가이드부재와; 상기 가이드홈에 삽입되는 삽입부와, 2개의 차체패널을 용접하기 위해 절곡하여 돌출시킨 자투리패널부에 끼워 고정되는 고정부,와로 구성되는 ㄹ자 형상의 보조장착구와;로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 한다.

[산업상 이용분야]
본원 고안은 차량 전장품의 배선을 위해 사용되는 와이어링 고정용 클립에 관한 것이다.
[종래기술]
종래 차량 전장품의 배선을 위해 사용하는 와이어링을 고정시키기 위해서는 제3도에 도시하는 것과 같이 차체패널 예를들면 데시패널(20)과 용접된 카울탑패널(21)에 구멍(22)을 뚫고 여기에 와이어링(2)을 협지한 클립(23)을 끼워 고정 장착하고 있다.
[종래기술의 문제점]
그러나 상기와 같은 종래 클립 장착 구조에 의하면 차체패널에 구멍을 뚫어야 하므로 강도가 약해지고 고정부가 차체패널(21) 반대측에 위치하고 있어 클립의 탈거가 쉽지 않다는 문제점이 지적되고 있다.
[고안이 해결하고자 하는 과제]
이에 본원 고안의 목적은 상기한 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서 그의 목적으로 하는 바는 차체패널에 구멍을 뚫지 아니하고 차체패널의 용접부의 자투리 패널을 이용하여 고정하는 와이어링 고정클립을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 고안의 또하나의 목적은 탈장착 작업이 쉬우므로 재활용 및 수리가 손쉬운 구조의 와이어링 고정용 클립을 제공하는 데 있다.
[과제를 달성하기 위한 수단]
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본원 고안의 수단은 와이어링을 협지하기 위한 탄성협지부를 포함하여 구성된 클립과; 상기 클립을 차체의 자투리패널에 고정시키기 위해 'ㄹ'자 모양으로 형성되어 상단에는 삽입부가, 하단에는 고정부가 각각 형성되고, 삽입부의 상면에는 탄성스프링부가 돌출 형성되는 보조장착구;로 구성된 것에 있어서, 상기 클립의 탄성협지부 하단으로 보조 장착구가 결합되기 위한 가이드부재를 형성하되, 가이드부재의 저면 양측으로 보조 장착구의 삽입부 양측면이 안내되어 삽입되도록 하는 가이드홈을 형성하고, 가이드부재의 중앙부분에 상기 탄성스프링부가 걸리기 위한 4각구멍을 형성하여 구성하며, 상기 보조장착구의 고정부 몸체에는 자투리패널로부터 이탈되지 않도록 하는 고정돌기를 돌출시킨것을 특징으로 한다.
[실시예]
이하 본 고안의 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안에 의한 와이어링 고정용 클립의 분해사시도이며, 제2도는 본 고안의 사용상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
본 고안의 클립(1)은 와이어링(2)을 협지하는 탄성협지부(3)와 탄성협지부(3) 하단 일측으로 가이드홈(4)을 갖는 가이드부재(5)가 일체로 형성되고 상기 가이드부재의 상부면에는 4각구멍(6)이 천공되어 있다.
그리고 상기 가이드홈(4)에는 클립(1)을 차체패널에 대하여 장착하기 위한 보조장착구(7)의 삽입부(8)가 끼워지며 상기 삽입부(8)는 그의 몸체 일부를 절개시켜 표면으로부터 탄성을 갖도록 돌출시킨 탄성스프링부(9)가 상기 4각구멍(6)에 걸려 지지되도록 형성되어 있다.
상기 보조장착구(7)의 전체 형상은 ㄹ자로서 하부의 ㄷ자 형상의 고정부(10)는, 예를들어 데시패널(11)과 카울탑패널(12)을 용접하기 위해 절곡하여 돌출시킨 자투리패널부(13)에 끼워져 고정된다.
이때 자연적으로 빠지는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 고정부(10)에는 상하에서 각기 고정돌기(14)가 돌출되어 있으며 ㄷ자형 고정부(10)를 자투리패널부(13)에 강제로 밀어넣었을 때 상기 고정돌기(14)가 역방향으로 빠지는 것을 방지하게 되는 것이다.
여기서 도면 부호 15는 강도를 보강하기 위한 보강리브이며 용어의 정의상 광의 개념으로의 클립(1)은 보조장착구(7)를 포함하는 것이다.
이와같은 구성의 본 고안은 분해시에는 4각구멍(6) 상부로 드러난 탄성스프링부(9)를 눌러 주면 클립(1)이 보조장착구(7)로부터 손쉽게 분리되므로 탈장착이 손쉬워진다.
[효과]
이상과 같은 본원 고안에 의하면 와이어링을 고정하기 위한 클립을 장착하기 위해 차체패널에 구멍을 뚫지 아니하여도 되므로 강도저하를 방지하고 작업공정수가 감축될 뿐 아니라 탈장착이 매우 간편하므로 재활용 및 수리가 용이한 효과를 갖는다.

Claims (1)

  1. 와이어링을 협지하기 위한 탄성협지부(3)를 포함하여 구성된 클립(1)과; 상기 클립(1)을 차체의 자투리패널에 고정시키기 위해 'ㄹ'자 모양으로 형성되어 상단에는 삽입부(8)가, 하단에는 고정부(10)가 각각 형성되고, 삽입부(8)의 상면에는 탄성스프링부(9)가 돌출 형성되는 보조장착구(7);로 구성된 것에 있어서, 상기 클립(1)의 탄성협지부(3) 하단으로 보조 장착구(7)가 결합되기 위한 가이드부재(5)를 형성하되, 가이드부재(5)의 저면 양측으로 보조 장착구(7)의 삽입부(8) 양측면이 안내되어 삽입되도록 하는 가이드홈(4)을 형성하고, 가이드부재(5)의 중앙부분에 상기 탄성스프링부(9)가 걸리기 위한 4각구멍(6)을 형성하여 구성하며, 상기 보조장착구(7)의 고정부(10) 몸체에는 자투리패널로 부터 이탈되지 않도록 하는 고정돌기(14)를 돌출 시킨것을 특징으로 하는 와이어링 고정용 클립.
