Abstract

이 고안은 LCD(LIGUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY )모니터에 있어 가이드리브와 걸림스냅를 이용하여 메인회로기판을 간편하고 정확한 위치에 결착시킬 수 있도록 개선된 LCD모니터의 메인회로기판 결착구조에 관한 것으로서, 프런트카바와 형합되는 백카바를 가진 모니터본체 내부에 메인회로기판이 결착되도록 하는 것에 있어 상기 백카바의 내면부에 메인회로기판의 상단테두리부와 일측테두리부가 삽입되는 걸림홈을 가진 가이드리브를 형성시키고 상기 가이드리브 반대편쪽에는 메인회로기판의 하단테두리부 및 타측테두리부가 걸림되는 걸림턱을 가진 수개의 걸림스냅을 형성시켜 상기 가이드리브와 걸림스냅에 의해 메인회로기판이 결착되도록 구성된 것이다.

Description

LCD모니터의 메인회로기판결착구조 (PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD COUPLING STRUCTURE OF A LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY MONITOR)
본 고안은 LCD(LIGUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY )모니터에 관한 것으로서, 특히 가이드리브를 이용하여 메인회로기판을 간편하게 결착시킬 수 있도록 개선된 LCD모니터의 메인회로기판 결착구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 LCD모니터(이하모니터라고약칭함)는 모니터본체 내부에서 전면에 걸처 메인회로기판이 결착되는 구조를 이루고 있으며, 도 1 및 도 2는 그러한 종래기술에 따른 메인회로기판의 설치상태를 보여 준다.
즉, 모니터본체(1)는 프런트카바(2)와 백카바(3)가 형합되어 구성되고, 이러한 모니터본체 내부에 설치되는 메인회로기판(4)은 대개 백카바 내면부에 결착되는 구조로 구성되고 있으며, 선행기술에 따른 메인회로기판(4)의 결착은 대개 스크류(5)를 이용하여 백카바(3)의 보스(6)에 체결되는 결착이 되도록 하고 있다.
그러나 상기와 같은 체결수단에 의한 메인회로기판의 결착에 있어서는 다수의 스크류를 일일이 체결하여야 하므로 조립시간이 많이 소요되게 함으로써 생산성저하를 야기하게 하고, 스크류와 같은 부품의 소모에 따른 원가상승을 초래하는 문제점을 수반하게 하고 있다.
또한, 스크류에 의한 결착에 있어서는 가공공차 및 조립공차에 의해 정확한 위치에 고정시키기가 다소 어려운 문제점을 가지고 있다.
본 고안은 상기한바와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 감안하여, 모니터본체 내부에 메인회로기판을 결착시키는데 있어 정확한 위치에 보다 수월한 결착을 도모하고, 스크류와 같은 체결부품의 소모가 따르지 않도록 하므로서 제조원가절감이 도모되도록 하려는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 고안은 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 백카바 내면부에 가이드리브를 형성시켜 여기에 먼저 메인회로기판이 끼워지도록 하고 다음에 걸림스냅에 의하여 상기 가이드리브의 반대쪽에 위치하는 메인회로기판이 고정되도록 하였다.
따라서, 본 고안은 프런트카바와, 상기 프런트카바와 형합되는 백카바를 가진 모니터본체 내부에 메인회로기판이 결착되도록 하는 것에 있어서, 상기 백카바의 내면부에 메인회로기판의 상단테두리부와 일측테두리부가 삽입되는 걸림홈을 가진 가이드리브를 형성시키고 상기 가이드리브 반대편쪽에는 메인회로기판의 하단테두리부 및 타측테두리부가 걸림되는 걸림턱을 가진 수개의 걸림스냅을 형성시켜 상기 가이드리브와 걸림스냅에 의해 메인회로기판이 결착되도록 구성함을 그 특징으로 한다.

이하, 첨부된 바람직한 실시도면에 의거하여 본고안에 따른 메인회로기판 결착구조를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 3 내지 도 6은 본고안에 따른 메인회로기판결착구조를 보인 것이다.
따라서 본고안에 따른 결착구조는, 모니터본체(10)를 구성하는 프런트카바(12)와 형합되는 백카바(13)의 내면부에 형성된다.
상기 백카바(13)의 내면부는 사각형태를 이루고 메인회로기판(14) 자체도 대개 사각형태를 이루므로 메인회로기판(14)의 상단테두리부(14a)와 일측테두리부(14a)가 삽입되어 걸릴 수 있는 걸림홈(15a)을 가진 가이드리브(15)를 백카바(13) 내면부에 형성되도록 한다.
그러므로 상기 가이드리브(15)는 ㄱ자형태로 길다란 길이를 가지도록 형성되고, 상기 가이드리브(15)의 반대쪽의 백카바(13) 내면부에는 메인회로기판(14)의 하단 및 타측테두리부(14c)(14d)가 걸릴수 있는 걸림턱(16a)을 가진 다수의 걸림스냅(16)이 형성되도록 구성된다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안에 따른 메인회로기판 결착과정을 도 5 및 도 6을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 5를 참조하면, 먼저 메인회로기판(14)의 상단 및 일측테두리부(14a)(14b)가 가이드리브(15)의 걸림홈(15a)에 끼워지도록 한다.
다음, 메인회로기판(14)의 하단 및 타측테두리부(14c)(14d)를 걸림스냅(16) 방향으로 가압한다.
그에따라 메인회로기판(14)은 탄성력을 가진 걸림스냅(16)을 밀고 내려가게 되고 이어서 휘어지던 걸림스냅(16)이 원위치로 복귀되므로서 걸림턱(16a)에 테두리부(14c)(14d)가 걸리게 되는 결착이 된다.
결과적으로 보면, 메인회로기판(14)의 상단 및 일측테두리부(14a)(14b)를 가이드리브(15)의 걸림홈(15a)에 끼운 다음 곧바로 타측부를 내려서 걸림스냅(16)에 가압하게 되면 걸림턱(16a)에 하단 및 타측테두리부(14c)(14d)가 결착되는 조립이 되는 것이다.
이상의 설명에 따르면, 본고안은 메인회로기판의 결착이 기존과 같이 스크류를 일일이 체결하는 것이 아니고 간단히 끼우는 것이므로 수월한 메인회로기판의 결착을 도모하게 되어 생산성 향상을 가져오게 하는 효과를 제공하게 될뿐 아니라 스크류와 같은 부품절감을 도모하므로 원가절감이 도모되는 효과를 제공한다.
특히, 본고안은 백카바와 같이 일체로 사출 성형되는 가이드리브와 걸림스냅에 의해 메인회로기판을 결착시키는 것이므로 정확한 위치에 메인회로기판을 결착시킬 수 있는 효과를 가지게 되어 제품신뢰성 향상을 도모하게 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 프런트카바와, 상기 프런트카바와 형합되는 백카바를 가진 모니터본체 내부에 메인회로기판이 결착되도록 하는 것에 있어서,
    상기 백카바의 내면부에 메인회로기판의 상단테두리부와 일측테두리부가 삽입되는 걸림홈을 가진 가이드리브를 형성시키고, 상기 가이드리브 반대편쪽에는 메인회로기판의 하단테두리부 및 타측테두리부가 걸림되는 걸림턱을 가진 수개의 걸림스냅을 형성시켜 상기 가이드리브와 걸림스냅에 의해 메인회로기판이 결착되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 LCD모니터의 메인회로기판결착구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 메인회로기판을 가이드리브의 걸림홈에 삽입시킨후 걸림스냅에 밀어서 결착되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 LCD모니터의 메인회로기판결착구조.
