Claims (23)
- a) 동적으로 가교결합된 고무,b) 결정화도가 약 10-26.5 중량%이고 휨탄성율(탄젠트)이 약 5,000psi(34.5MPa)-20,000psi(138MPa)인 제1 폴리올레핀 약 20-400부 및c) 펜던트 극성 관능 그룹을 포함하는 관능화된 폴리올레핀 약 10-200 중량부(상기 극성 관능 그룹은 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀의 전체 반복 단위의 약 0.5-3.5 몰%로 존재하고, 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀은 하나 이상의 모노올레핀을 반정질 중합체내에 중합시켜 유도하거나 블록 공중합체의 폴리디엔 블록을 수소화하여 유도하며, 상기 중량부는 가교결합된 고무 100 중량부를 기준으로 함)를 포함하고, 금속, 성형된 극성 중합체 및 직물 섬유에 대하여 접착성을 가지는 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 휨탄성율(탄젠트)이 45,000(310PMa) 이상인 반정질 폴리올레핀을 추가로 포함하는 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결정화도 및 휨탄성력이 낮은 폴리올레핀이 전체 반정질 폴리올레핀 100 중량부당 약 15-85 중량부이고 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀이 폴리올레핀 100 중량부당 약 10-60중량부인 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 극성 관능 그룹이 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀 전체 반복 단위의 약 1-2.5몰%의 양으로 존재하는 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 펜던트 극성 관능화된 그룹이, 폴리올레핀 주쇄 또는 수소화된 폴리디엔 블록에 말레산 무수물을 그래프팅시켜 유도되는 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합된 고무가 EPDM 고무 또는 이소부틸렌 및 하나 이상의 다른 단량체를 중합시켜 유도한 중합체 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합된 고무가 천연고무, 공액된 디엔의 단독중합체 또는 공액된 디엔으로부터의 반복단위를 50 중량% 이상 포함하는 공중합체 또는 이들의 조합물인 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- a) 동적으로 가교결합된 고무,b) 결정화도가 10 중량% 미만이고 싱글 모노올레핀 단량체로부터의 반복단위를 80 몰% 이상 포함하는 제1 폴리올레핀 약 5-200부 및c) 펜던트 극성 관능 그룹을 포함하는 관능화된 폴리올레핀 약 10-200 중량부(상기 극성 관능 그룹은 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀의 전체 반복 단위의 약 0.5-3.5 몰%로 존재하고, 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀은 하나 이상의 모노올레핀을 반정질 중합체내에 중합시켜 유도하거나 블록 공중합체의 폴리디엔 블록을 수소화하여 유도하며, 상기 중량부는 가교결합된 고무 100 중량부를 기준으로 함)를 포함하고, 금속, 성형된 극성 중합체 및 직물 섬유에 대하여 접착성을 가지는 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 휨탄성율(탄젠트)이 45,000(310PMa) 이상인 반정질 폴리올레핀을 추가로 포함하는 열가소성 탄성중합체.
- a) 인장탄성율이 130,000psi 이상이고 성형제품, 시트 또는 섬유 형태인 극성 중합체 또는 금속 및b)(1) 가교결합된 고무,(2) 결정화도가 약 10-26.5 중량%이고 휨탄성율(탄젠트)이 약 5,000psi(34.5MPa)-20,000psi(138MPa)인 제1 폴리올레핀 약 20-400부 및(3) 펜던트 극성 관능 그룹을 포함하는 관능화된 폴리올레핀 약 10-200 중량부(상기 극성 관능 그룹은 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀의 전체 반복 단위의 약 0.5-3.5 몰%로 존재하고, 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀은 하나 이상의 모노올레핀을 반정질 중합체내에 중합시켜 유도하거나 블록 공중합체의 폴리디엔 블록을 수소화하여 유도하며, 상기 가교결합된 고무, 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀 및 상기 제1 폴리올레핀은 서로 분산되어 열가소성 가황고무가 종래 열가소성 가공 장치내에서 용융 가공될 수 있고, 상기 중량부는 가교결합된 고무 100 중량부를 기준으로 함)를 포함하는 열가소성 가황고무를 포함하는, 열가소성 가황고무 및 극성 중합체로부터 제조한 복합재료 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 짜여지거나 짜여지지 않은 섬유 형태로 존재하는 복합재료 제품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리프로필렌 또는 이들의 배합물인 복합재료 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 막, 튜브, 벨트 또는 호스 형태인 복합재료 제품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 막, 튜브, 벨트 또는 호스 형태인 복합재료 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 극성 중합체의 섬유 및/또는 시트가 실질적으로 상기 열가소성 가황고무내 포함되어 있는 복합재료 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 가황고무가 ASTM D 1876-72에 의할 때 12pli 이상의 상기 극성 중합체에 대한 접착성을 가지는 복합재료 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 극성 중합체가 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리프로필렌 또는 이의 배합물의 섬유로서 존재하는 복합재료 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀이 폴리올레핀 주쇄 또는 수소화된 폴리디엔 블록에 그래프트된 말레산 무수물 분자들을 포함하는 복합재료 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 극성 중합체가 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리우레판 또는 이의 배합물의 섬유로서 존재하는 복합재료 제품.

- a) 섬유 및/또는 시트를 용융 형태의 열가소성 가황고무와 접촉시키는 단계,b) 상기 열가소성 가황고무를 의도하는 형태로 조형하는 단계 및c) 이후 상기 열가소성 가황고무를 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 섬유 및/또는 시트 보강된 열가소성 가황고무를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 열가소성 가황고무가d) 가교결합된 고무,e) 결정화도가 약 10-26.5 중량%로 낮고 휨탄성율(탄젠트)도 약 5,000-20,000psi로 낮은 제1 폴리올레핀 약 10-400 중량부 및(3) 펜던트 극성 관능 그룹을 포함하는 관능화된 폴리올레핀 약 10-200 중량부(상기 극성 관능 그룹은 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀의 전체 반복 단위의 약 0.5-3.5 몰%로 존재하고, 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀은 하나 이상의 모노올레핀을 반정질 중합체내에 중합시켜 유도하거나 블록 공중합체의 폴리디엔 블록을 수소화하여 유도하며, 상기 중량부는 가교결합된 고무 100 중량부를 기준으로 하고, 상기 결정화도 및 휨탄성율이 낮은 폴리올레핀은 전체 반정질 폴리올레핀 100 중량부당 약 10-350 중량부로 존재하고, 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀은 전체 반정질 폴리올레핀 100 중량부당 약 5-75 중량부로 존재함)을 포함하는 것을 개선점으로 하는 방법.
- a) 결정화도가 약 10-26.5 중량%이고 휨탄성율이 약 5,000-20,000psi인 제1 폴리올레핀 약 20-90 중량부 및b) 관능화된 그룹을 포함하는 관능화된 폴리올레핀 약 10-60 중량부(상기 관능화된 그룹은 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀내 전체 반복 단위를 기준으로 약 0.5-3.5 몰%이고, 상기 관능화된 폴리올레핀은 하나 이상의 모노올레핀을 반정질 중합체내에 중합시켜 유도하거나 블록 공중합체의 폴리디엔 블록을 수소화하여 유도함)를 포함하고, 극성 중합체에 대하여 접착성인 고온-용융 조성물.
- a) 약 0.5-3.5 몰%의 극성 관능 그룹을 포함하는 관능화된 폴리올레핀을 열가소성 가황고무와 배합시키는 단계(상기 열가소성 가황고무가 결정화도가 약 10-26.5 중량%이고 탄성율이 약 5,000-20,000psi인 제1 폴리올레핀을 10 중량부 이상 포함하지 않을 경우, 약 10-400 중량부의 상기 제1 폴리올레핀에 배합시키는 것을 추가로 포함함)를 포함하는 방법으로서, 금속 및 극성 중합체에 대한 접착성을 가지는 열가소성 가황고무를 제조하는 방법.
