Abstract

本发明公开了回用TPE改性料,其包括高分子量马来酸苯乙烯‑乙烯‑丁烯‑苯乙烯5‑60%;增塑剂4‑60%;加工助剂4‑40%;聚酰胺2‑35%;含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体0‑50%;抗氧化剂0‑3%;抗粘连剂0‑3%;添加剂0‑15%;其余为功能助剂,热塑性弹性体包括动态交联的橡胶10‑30%,官能化聚烯烃10‑60%和半结晶聚烯烃。本发明提供的热塑性弹性体化合物在普通生产TPE的原料里加入带动态交联橡胶的热塑性弹性体,增加了产品的耐热性能和耐久性能,其相较于普通的TPE增加30‑40℃,更为适应环境,使用寿命也相应增长,另外通过添加功能性助剂可根据不同的需求进行添加,以达到更多的用途。

技术领域
本发明涉及TPE改性料,尤其涉及回用TPE改性料。
背景技术
目前市场上的TPE料大多与橡胶类的产品单独生产和使用,两者有一些不同的优缺点,往往生产时通过生产合成橡胶来改变其性能,而现有产品中的TPE材料耐热性差,耐久性差,严重减少了其应用场景和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明公布了回用TPE改性料,解决了背景技术中的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明具体采用如下技术方案:回用TPE改性料,包括:
(a)高分子量马来酸苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯;
(b)增塑剂;
(c)加工助剂;
(d)聚酰胺;
(e)含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体;
(f)功能助剂;
(g)抗氧化剂;
(h)抗粘连剂;
(i)添加剂,
其中各成分相对于化合物的重量百分比如下:
高分子量马来酸苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯5-60%;
增塑剂4-60%;
加工助剂4-40%;
聚酰胺2-35%;
含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体0-50%;
抗氧化剂0-3%;
抗粘连剂0-3%;
添加剂0-15%;
其余为功能助剂。
作为优选,含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体包括:J)动态交联的橡胶10-30%,选自乙烯-丙烯-二烯橡胶,异丁烯共聚物橡胶,天然橡胶,具有4至8个碳原子的共轭二烯均聚物的动态交联橡胶,其具有至少占其本身的50%重量的重复单元的共聚物,该重复单元为具有4至8个碳原子的共轭二烯;
L)半结晶聚烯烃15-85%,半结晶聚烯烃具有通过在23℃下测定的至少310MPa的弯曲模量正切值;
和L)带有侧链的官能化聚烯烃10-60%。
作为优选,官能化聚烯烃通过聚合由氢化嵌段共聚物的聚二烯嵌段得到,其中侧链为衍生自马来酸酐的极性官能团。
作为优选,增塑剂是石蜡油。
作为优选,加工助剂为烃树脂;粘合剂;发泡剂;分散剂;填充剂;增量剂;脱模剂;钛酸酯;锆酸酯;滑爽剂;防粘剂;稳定剂-硬脂酸盐;粘度调节剂中的一种或多种的组合。
作为优选,功能性助剂为杀菌剂;防雾剂;抗静电剂;阻燃剂;抑烟剂;冲击改性剂;着色剂;染料;紫外线吸收剂;蜡中的一种或多种的组合。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的热塑性弹性体化合物在普通生产TPE的原料里加入带动态交联橡胶的热塑性弹性体,增加了产品的耐热性能和耐久性能,其相较于普通的TPE增加30-40℃,更为适应环境,使用寿命也相应增长,另外通过添加功能性助剂可根据不同的需求进行添加,以达到更多的用途。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
回用TPE改性料,包括:
(a)高分子量马来酸苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯;
(b)增塑剂;
(c)加工助剂;
(d)聚酰胺;
(e)含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体;
(f)功能助剂;
(g)抗氧化剂;
(h)抗粘连剂;
(i)添加剂,
其中各成分相对于化合物的重量百分比如下:
高分子量马来酸苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯5-60%;
增塑剂4-60%;
加工助剂4-40%;
聚酰胺2-35%;
含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体0-50%;
抗氧化剂0-3%;
抗粘连剂0-3%;
添加剂0-15%;
其余为功能助剂。
作为优选,含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体包括:J)动态交联的橡胶10-30%,选自乙烯-丙烯-二烯橡胶,异丁烯共聚物橡胶,天然橡胶,具有4至8个碳原子的共轭二烯均聚物的动态交联橡胶,其具有至少占其本身的50%重量的重复单元的共聚物,该重复单元为具有4至8个碳原子的共轭二烯;
M)半结晶聚烯烃15-85%,半结晶聚烯烃具有通过在23℃下测定的至少310MPa的弯曲模量正切值;

作为优选,加工助剂为烃树脂;粘合剂;发泡剂;分散剂;填充剂;增量剂;脱模剂;钛酸酯;锆酸酯;滑爽剂;防粘剂;稳定剂-硬脂酸盐;粘度调节剂中的一种或多种的组合。烃树脂与α-甲基苯乙烯之间的相比有更高的熔点,具备更高的使用温度,对粘度的更大影响以及赋予该化合物的气味减少。
作为优选,功能性助剂为杀菌剂;防雾剂;抗静电剂;阻燃剂;抑烟剂;冲击改性剂;着色剂;染料;紫外线吸收剂;蜡中的一种或多种的组合。

Claims (6)

1.回用TPE改性料,包括:
(a)高分子量马来酸苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯;
(b)增塑剂;
(c)加工助剂;
(d)聚酰胺;
(e)含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体;
(f)功能助剂;
(g)抗氧化剂;
(h)抗粘连剂;
(i)添加剂,
其中各成分相对于化合物的重量百分比如下:
高分子量马来酸苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯5-60%;
增塑剂4-60%;
加工助剂4-40%;
聚酰胺2-35%;
含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体0-50%;
抗氧化剂0-3%;
抗粘连剂0-3%;
添加剂0-15%;
其余为功能助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回用TPE改性料,其特征在于:含苯乙烯的热塑性弹性体包括:J)动态交联的橡胶10-30%,选自乙烯-丙烯-二烯橡胶,异丁烯共聚物橡胶,天然橡胶,具有4至8个碳原子的共轭二烯均聚物的动态交联橡胶,其具有至少占其本身的50%重量的重复单元的共聚物,该重复单元为具有4至8个碳原子的共轭二烯;

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的回用TPE改性料,其特征在于:加工助剂为烃树脂;粘合剂;发泡剂;分散剂;填充剂;增量剂;脱模剂;钛酸酯;锆酸酯;滑爽剂;防粘剂;稳定剂-硬脂酸盐;粘度调节剂中的一种或多种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的回用TPE改性料,其特征在于:功能性助剂为杀菌剂;防雾剂;抗静电剂;阻燃剂;抑烟剂;冲击改性剂;着色剂;染料;紫外线吸收剂;蜡中的一种或多种的组合。
