Claims (9)
- 양극 및 음극과, 이들 사이에 개재되는 고체 전해질을 가지고 이루어지며, 상기 고체 전해질은, 중량 평균 분자량이 550000 이상인 불소계 중합체를 매트릭스 고분자로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 전해질은, 중량 평균 분자량이 300000 이상, 550000 미만인 불소계 중합체와, 중량 평균 분자량이 550000 이상인 불소계 중합체를 매트릭스 고분자로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 고분자 중의 중량 평균 분자량이 550000 이상인 불소계 중합체의 비율이 30 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 중합체가 폴리불화 비닐리덴, 또는 불화 비닐리덴과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 및(또는) 음극에 함유되는 결착제가, 상기 고체 전해질의 매트릭스 고분자와 동일, 또는 유사한 구조를 갖는 고분자 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 리튬을 도핑·탈도핑 가능한 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 리튬을 도핑·탈도핑 가능한 재료가, 탄소 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극은, 리튬과 천이 금속과의 복합 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 및 음극의 적어도 한쪽 대향면에는, 상기 고체 전해질을 용해한 용액을 함침시켜 용매를 제거함으로써 고체 전해질층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 전해질 이차 전지.
