Claims (10)
- 소지강판층(20)과, 소지 강판층(20)상에 선택적으로 에폭시계 또는 폴리에스테르계 도료를 도포하여 연신율, 내식성 및 부착성을 부여한 프라이마도막층(30)과, 소지강판층(20) 또는 프라이마도막층(30)상에 인쇄 특성 및 증착 접착성을 갖도록 형성한 증착 필름층(10)으로 이루어지는 증착강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 소지강판층(20)의 하부측에 배면도막층(40)을 더 형성한 증착강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 증착 필름층(10)상에 요철무늬를 갖도록 엠보스 처리한 엠보싱층(50)을 더 형성한 증착강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 증착 필름층(10)은, 내마모성 및 가공성이 뛰어나도록 UV 클리어처리를 한 클리어도막층(1), 인쇄특성 및 증착 접착성이 뛰어나도록 수분산성 폴리우레탄을 표면처리한 PET 필름층(2), 시각적으로 금속질감을 부여하도록 PET필름상에 연마자국 처리한 헤어라인층(7), 다양한 색상과 무늬를 나타내기 위하여 안료, 아크릴 및 비닐수지, NC, 유기 용제류 등으로 인쇄처리한 인쇄층(3), 은, 알루미늄, 금, 동, 아연, 크롬, 니켈, 주석, 스테인레스 스틸, 티타늄으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속을 진공증착하여 금속 고유의 색상 부여하거나 또는 반사도를 향상시킨 증착층(4), 사용 용도에 따라 아크릴계 또는 폴리우레탄계의 접착제를 코팅하는 접착코팅방식이나, 또는 공중합 PET, PP, PE 필름을 부착하여 열융착 방식으로 접착토록 형성하여 소지강판과 증착필름과의 접착성과 내후성을 향상토록한 접착층(5)으로 이루어지는 증착강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 클리어도막층(1), 인쇄층(3), 접착층(5), 헤어라인층(7) 그리고 박리필름층(6)을 선택적으로 형성한 증착강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 증착필름층(10)의 증착층(4)은 300∼500Å으로 두께로 형성하고, 인쇄층(3)은 4∼6㎛의 두께로 형성하고, PET필름층(2)은 40∼80㎛의 두께로 형성하고, 클리어도막층(1)은 2∼7㎛의 두께를 갖도록 형성한 증착강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 접착층(5)을 형성함에 있어 접착제코팅 경우엔 접착도막두께를 1∼5㎛로 하고, 열융착방식의 열융착필름의 두께는 15∼30㎛의 두께로 형성하고, 선택적으로 박리필름층(6)은 20∼30㎛의 두께로 형성한 증착강판.
- 증착강판을 제조함에 있어서, 연속작업공정의 라인속도 20∼70mpm으로 진행하는 소지강판 표면에 접착제코팅처리한 증착필름의 박리필름을 제거하고 증착필름의 접착면을 부착시키거나 또는 열융착으로 접착하는 공정과, 부착된 증착필름을 탄성고무롤로서 압착시켜 소지강판에 접착시키는 공정으로 이루어지는 증착강판의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기한 증착필름의 열융착 접착의 경우, 소지강판에의 열융착은 섭씨 120 도 내지 210 도에서 이루어도록한 증착강판의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 소지강판의 선처리로서 소지강판의 표면에 건조도막두께 5 내지 15 마이크로미터로 에폭시계 또는 폴리에스테르계 프라이마를 하도 또는 배면도막층(40)에 롤코팅하여 섭씨 120도 내지 290도로 가열,건조 시켜 소지강판을 준비하는 공정을 더 포함하는 증착강판의 제조방법.
