Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예는 금속판체 및 도금강판 중에서 선택되는 소재층; 전처리층; 접착제층; 및 라미네이트층을 순차적으로 포함하고, 상기 라미네이트층은 상기 접착제층 상에 PET(폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트) 필름을 부착 또는 증착하여 형성되어 있고, 상기 소재층 표면 또는 상기 라미네이트층 표면에 3차원 입체무늬를 포함하는 엠보스가 형성되어 있는, 엠보스 라미네이트 강판을 제공한다.

도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 엠보스 라미네이트 강판의 제 1 제조방법을 도시화한 것이다.

- 금속판체 및 도금강판 중에서 선택되는 소재층을 준비하는 단계;
상기 소재층 상에 전처리층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 전처리층 상에 접착제 조성물을 코팅하여 접착제층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 접착제층 상에 경도 40~65(JISㆍA)의 우레탄으로 이루어진 하나 이상의 압착 롤을 이용하여 PET(폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트) 필름을 부착하는 연속 압착공정을 통해 라미네이트층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 소재층 표면 또는 상기 라미네이트층 표면에 3차원 입체무늬를 포함하는 엠보스를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 엠보스 라미네이트 강판의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전처리층 표면에 하도 도막층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 엠보스 라미네이트 강판의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 PET 필름은 헤어라인 패턴을 포함하는, 엠보스 라미네이트 강판의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 접착제 조성물은, 상기 접착제 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여 폴리에스테르 수지 또는 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 5~50중량%, 폴리이소시아네이트 수지 2~15중량%, 경화촉진제 1~10중량%, 및 용제 25~70중량%를 포함하는, 엠보스 라미네이트 강판의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 접착제 조성물은, 폴리에스테르 타입, 아크릴 타입, 비닐변성 아크릴 타입, 실리콘 타입, 및 이들 중 2 이상을 혼한합 것으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가제를 상기 접착제 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여 0.1~1.0중량% 더 포함하는, 엠보스 라미네이트 강판의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 연속 압착공정은, 20~50mpm(m/분)의 공정속도 및 1~7kgf/m2의 압하력으로 상기 압착 롤을 가압하여 이루어지는, 엠보스 라미네이트 강판의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
