Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- PET 필름 상에 일반 잉크로 문양을 인쇄하고 증착 프라이머를 도포하거나, 또는 증착 프라이머를 포함하는 증착 잉크로 문양을 인쇄하는 전사 인쇄 단계;상기 전사 인쇄된 필름 상에 알루미늄을 가열, 증발시켜 부착하는 알루미늄 진공증착 단계; 및상기 알루미늄 증착막 상에 가열접착성(heat sealing) 유성 또는 수성 접착 프라이머 도포 단계를 포함하며,상기 증착 프라이머 및 증착잉크용 증착 프라이머가 용제로 이소프로필알코올(IPA) 25∼30 중량부; 및 톨루엔 및/또는 자일렌 20∼40 중량부를 사용하고, 개시제로 벤조일 퍼옥사이드(BPO) 4∼5 중량부를 사용하여 메틸메타아크릴레이트(MMA) 20∼25 중량부, 이소부틸 메타아크릴레이트(IBM) 10∼15 중량부, 프로필 메타아크릴레이트(PM) 5∼10 중량부 및 이소헥사프로필 아크릴레이트(IHPA) 10∼15 중량부인 모노머를 용액중합시켜 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 전사지의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전사인쇄 단계에 앞서 이형 프라이머를 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 이형 프라이머가 아크릴 폴리머 2∼5 중량부, PVC 공중합체 8∼20 중량부 및 메틸에틸케톤(MEK) 30∼70 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 전사지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착 프라이머가 폴리우레탄 1∼20 중량부, PVC 공중합체 10∼50 중량부, 및 메틸에틸케톤 10∼80 중량부를 포함하는 유성 형태의 가열접착제; 또는 아크릴 10∼50 중량부, 물 3∼20 중량부 및 알코올 30∼60 중량부를 포함하는 수성 형태의 가열접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 전사지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증착 프라이머 또는 증착 잉크 내에 포함된 증착 프라이머가 상기 유성 접착 프라이머를 더 포함하여 블렌딩한 블렌딩 증착 프라이머이고, 상기 접착 프라이머가 상기 증착 프라이머를 더 포함하여 블렌딩한 블렌딩 접착 프라이머인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 전사지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 증착 프라이머, 접착 프라이머 및/또는 이형 프라이머가 그라비어 인쇄 방식에 의하여 133∼200 메쉬로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 전사지의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 알루미늄 증착 전사지.
- 하부로부터 하지층, 중간층, 및 상지층으로 이루어진 바닥재에 있어서, 제7항의 알루미늄 증착 전사지를 상기 중간층과 상지층 사이에 전사시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속성 질감 바닥재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 금속성 질감 효과를 극대화하기 위하여 상기 알루미늄 증착 전사층 하부에 졸 스크린(sol screen)으로 도포한 졸 스크린 인쇄층; 상기 알루미늄 증착 전사층 상에 적층되며, 기계적 엠보스가 형성된 상지층; 또는 상기 알루미늄 증착 전사층 하부에 형성되는 발포층 또는 발포억제층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속성 질감 바닥재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이형 프라이머가 니트로셀룰로오스(NC), 실리카 및 분산제로 이루어진 군으로부터 적어도 하나가 선택되는 성분을 더 포함하며, 상기 니트로셀룰로오스, 실리카 및 분산제 각각이 2중량부까지 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 전사지의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유성 형태의 가열접착제가 분산제 및 소포제로 이루어진 군으로부터 적어도 하나가 선택되는 성분을 더 포함하며, 상기 분산제가 3 중량부까지, 그리고 상기 소포제가 2 중량부까지 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 전사지의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수성 형태의 가열접착제가 니트로셀룰로오스를 2 중량부까지 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 증착 전사지의 제조방법.
