Claims (5)
- 편면에만 엠보스를 부여한 공지의 소지판상에 크로메이트층이 형성되고, 이 크로메이트층상에 고가공성의 폴리에스테르계 하도를 형성하며 폴리에스테르수지를 주수지로 하고 멜라민수지를 가교제로 하며 경화촉진제, 기타 첨가제, 용제 등으로 구성되는 수지를 상도로 코팅하여서 되는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르수지는 수평균 분자량이 10,000 ~ 30,000 이고 유리전이온도(Tg)가 -5 ~ 45 ℃ 이고, OH 값은 40 ~ 90인 오일프리 폴리에스테르와 통상의 무황변형 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시킨 변성 오일프리 폴리에스테르화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상도도막을 구성하는 상도도료에는 상도도료에 대해 0.5 ~ 3중량%의 유기필러를 선택적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유기필러는 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 상도도막을 구성하는 상도도료에는 상기 폴리에스테르수지와 멜라민수지의 가교를 촉진하고 주름형성제로서 상도도료에 대해 0.1 ~ 3.0 중량%의 2급아민을 포함하여 상기 상도도막의 소부과정에서 상기 도막 내외부의 경화속도에 차이를 생기게 하여 상기 상도도막표면에 입체감 있는 요철을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 편면 엠보스 칼라강판
