Claims (6)
- 투명 전극이 부착된 기판상에 도포, 소성시켜, 상기 막 표면을 러빙 처리하여 이루어진 액정배향막의 형성에 사용되는 액정배향 처리제에 있어서, 상기 액정배향 처리제가 화학식〔I〕:(식중, R1은 테트라카르복실산 및 그 유도체를 구성하는 4 가 유기기이고, R2는 디아민을 구성하는 2 가 유기기를 나타내며, m 은 양의 정수이다.) 로 나타내는 반복 단위를 함유하고, 환원 점도가 0.05 ∼ 5.0 dl/g (온도 30 ℃ 인 N-메틸피롤리돈 중, 농도 0.5 g/dl) 인 폴리이미드 전구체와 화학식〔II〕:(식중, R3는 테트라카르복실산 및 그 유도체를 구성하는 4 가 유기기이고, R4는 디아민을 구성하는 2 가 유기기를 나타내며, k 는 양의 정수이다.) 로 나타내는 반복 단위를 함유하고, 환원 점도가 0.05 ∼ 5.0 dl/g (온도 30 ℃ 인 N-메틸피롤리돈 중, 농도 0.5 g/dl) 인 용제가용성 폴리이미드 수지를 함유하여 이루어지고, 또한 상기 화학식〔II〕로 나타내는 용제가용성 폴리이미드의 R4의 1 몰 % 이상이 탄소수 6 개 이상의 긴 사슬 알킬기 또는 플루오르 함유 알킬기를 갖는 디아민을 구성하는 2 가 유기기이고, 상기 화학식〔II〕로 나타내는 용제가용성 폴리이미드가 전체 폴리이미드 중량에 대해 1 ∼ 80 중량 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식〔Ⅰ〕의 폴리이미드 전구체에서 R1이 방향족 테트라카르복실산 이무수물을 구성하는 4 가 유기기를 함유하는 폴리이미드 전구체인 액정배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화학식〔Ⅰ〕의 폴리이미드 전구체에서 R2가 4,4'-디아미노디페닐메탄을 구성하는 2 가 유기기를 함유하는 폴리이미드 전구체인 액정배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식〔II〕의 용제가용성 폴리이미드에서 R3가 지환족 또는 지방족 테트라카르복실산 및 이들 유도체를 구성하는 4 가 유기기를 함유하는 용제가용성 폴리이미드인 액정배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식〔II〕의 용제가용성 폴리이미드에서 R3가 3,4-디카르복시-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로-1-나프탈렌 숙신산 이무수물을 구성하는 4 가 유기기를 함유하는 용제가용성 폴리이미드인 액정배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식〔II〕의 용제가용성 폴리이미드에서 R4가 p-페닐렌디아민을 구성하는 2 가 유기기를 함유하는 용제가용성 폴리이미드인 액정배향 처리제.
