Claims (9)
- 공통 레일로서, 축방향 코어 내부에 연통로가 형성된 주 배관 레일의 축방향 둘레 벽부에 마련되는 하나 이상의 분기공과, 그 분기공의 둘레면에서 상기 연통로와 통하는 연통로를 갖는 분기관과 연통하는 수압 시트면과, 주 배관 레일에 일체로 또는 별도로 마련되는 접속부 및 상기 분기관의 단부에 미리 조립되어 있는 너트를 구비하며, 상기 수압 시트면은 외측으로 벌어져 있어서 상기 분기관의 단부에 배치된 접속 헤드부에 의해 형성된 압력 시트면이 상기 수압 시트면에 접촉 및 연결되며, 상기 접속부 및 너트는 서로 맞물리면서 접속 헤드부의 목부 아래를 압박하여 체결 및 접속되도록 하며, 주 배관 레일은 거의 원형으로 형성된 외주면을 가지며, 적어도 내주면의 분기공에 인접한 부분은 완전한 원형이 아닌 수직 단면으로 형성되도록 약간 돌출하거나 평탄화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주 배관 레일은 전체적으로 거의 원형으로 된 수직 단면을 가지며, 분기공에 인접한 내주면만이 완전한 원형이 아닌 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출되거나 평탄화된 부분의 높이는 0.05 내지 1.0mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 돌출되거나 평탄화된 높이는 1.0 내지 2.0mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출되거나 평탄화된 부분은 외측 방향으로부터 직경 방향으로 프레스 성형하는 것에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접속부는 주 배관 레일과 일체로 형성된 보스부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접속부는 상기 주 배관 레일과는 독립적인 방식으로 그 배관 레일에 고정된 슬리브 니플로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접속부는 주 배관 레일과는 독립적인 방식으로 상기 주 배관 레일을 둘러싸는 금속 접속구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 돌출되거나 평탄화된 부분은 브로칭 공정 또는 관 연신 공정에 의해 상기 내주면 전체 둘레에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공통 레일.
