Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 용기본체와 상기 용기본체에 장착되는 타전식 캡을 구비하는 적층박리용기이며, 상기 용기본체는, 내용물을 수용하는 수용부와, 상기 수용부로부터 상기 내용물을 토출하는 개구부를 갖는 입구부를 구비하고, 또한 상기 수용부 및 상기 입구부는 외층과 내층을 구비하고, 상기 내용물의 감소에 따라 상기 내층에 의해 구성된 내측 주머니가 수축하도록 구성되며, 상기 입구부는 상기 입구부의 외주면을 따라 설치된 입구부측 계합부를 구비하며, 상기 캡은 상기 캡의 내주면을 따라 설치된 캡측 계합부를 구비하며, 상기 입구부측 계합부와 상기 캡측 계합부는 상기 캡이 상기 입구부에 장착된 상태에서 서로 계합 가능하게 구성되고, 상기 캡과 상기 입구부의 적어도 한쪽에 상기 캡이 상기 입구부에 장착된 상태에서 상기 캡측 계합부보다 상기 개구부로부터 떨어진 위치에 상기 입구부와 상기 캡 사이의 간격을 좁게 하여 상기 입구부에 대한 상기 캡의 경사를 억제하는 경사 억제부가 설치되어 있는 적층박리용기가 제공된다.

Claims (17)
- 외각과 내측 주머니를 가지고 또한 내용물의 감소에 따라 상기 내측 주머니가 수축하는 용기본체를 구비한 적층박리용기이며,
상기 외각은 상기 용기본체의 외부 공간에 연통하는 외기도입공을 구비하고,
상기 내측 주머니는 상기 외기도입공에 마주하는 부위의 표면적이 상기 외기도입공의 개구면적보다 크고,
상기 외기도입공에는 밸브 부재가 장착되고,
상기 밸브 부재는 상기 외기도입공의 변두리와 상기 밸브 부재 사이의 간극을 상기 밸브 부재의 이동에 의해 개폐함으로써 상기 외기도입공을 개폐하도록 구성되고,
상기 밸브 부재는 상기 밸브 부재의 선단과 상기 내측 주머니 사이에 간극이 형성되도록 상기 내측 주머니에 접촉하며,
상기 내측 주머니는 상기 외기도입공에 대향하는 부위에 있어서 상기 용기본체의 내측으로 오목하게 된 오목부를 구비하는 적층박리용기. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오목부는 상기 용기본체의 내측을 향해 단면적이 일정한 통부를 구비하는 적층박리용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오목부는 상기 용기본체의 내측을 향해 오목하게 된 만곡면을 구비하는 적층박리용기. - 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용기본체는 내용물을 수용하는 수용부와, 상기 수용부로부터 상기 내용물을 배출하는 입구부를 구비하고,
상기 외기도입공은 상기 수용부에 설치되는 적층박리용기. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 부재는 상기 외기도입공에 삽입된 축부와, 상기 외각과 상기 내측 주머니 사이의 중간 공간에서 상기 축부에 설치되고 또한 상기 축부보다 단면적이 큰 뚜껑부와, 상기 축부의 상기 외부 공간 측에 설치되고 또한 상기 밸브 부재가 상기 중간 공간으로 들어가는 것을 방지하는 계지부를 구비하는 적층박리용기. - 제1항에 따른 적층박리용기의 제조 방법으로서,
용융 상태의 적층 파리손을 블로우 성형하는 것에 의해 서로 박리 가능한 외각과 내측 주머니를 가지고 또한 상기 외각 및 상기 내측 주머니에 오목부 또는 볼록부를 가지는 용기본체를 제조하고,
상기 오목부 또는 상기 볼록부를 포함하는 영역에 있어서 상기 외각에 외기도입공을 형성하는 공정을 구비하는 적층박리용기의 제조 방법. - 외각과 내측 주머니를 가지고 내측 주머니에 수용되는 내용물의 감소에 따라 상기 내측 주머니가 수축하는 적층박리용기이며,
입구부가 밀봉부재로 밀봉되는 동시에 입구에 체크 밸브를 가지는 캡이 장착되어 있으며,
상기 캡은 밀봉부재를 향해 돌출 형성된 돌출부를 가지는 마개 부재를 가지며,
상기 돌출부는 선단이 끝이 뾰족한 형상으로 되어 있는 것과 동시에, 상기 돌출부의 외주면의 중도부에 개구부가 구비되어 상기 돌출부의 중도 위치로부터 상기 마개 부재의 유출 측에 관통하는 내용물 유로가 형성되고,
상기 캡을 비틀어 넣음으로써 상기 마개 부재의 돌출부가 상기 밀봉부를 찢어 개봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층박리용기. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 밀봉부재는 주위가 상기 입구부와 내부 캡에 끼인 상태로 고정되고, 상기 내부 캡은 상기 돌출부와 마주하는 위치에 구멍부가 형성되고, 상기 캡을 비틀어 넣을 때 끝이 뾰족한 형상의 상기 돌출부의 주면이 상기 내부 캡의 구멍부의 변두리에 당접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층박리용기. - 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
상기 체크 밸브는 상기 돌출부에 형성된 상기 내용물 유로의 유출 측의 개구부를 개폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층박리용기. - 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
상기 밀봉부재는 폴리 프로필렌 층, 알루미늄 층, 폴리 프로필렌 층이 차례로 적층된 다층막인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층박리용기 - 삭제
