Claims (17)
- 다목적 차량용 디스크 브레이크에 있어서,
브레이크 디스크(12)를 둘러싸며, 디스크 캘리퍼로서 구성되는 브레이크 캘리퍼(1);
상기 브레이크 캘리퍼(1) 내에 배치되어 상기 브레이크 디스크(12)를 향해 서로 반대 방향으로 이동 가능한 2개의 브레이크 패드들(3)로서, 각각의 브레이크 패드는 패드 캐리어 플레이트(4) 및 이 패드 캐리어 플레이트 상에 고정되는 마찰 라이닝(5)을 구비하고, 각각의 브레이크 패드는, 상기 브레이크 캘리퍼(1) 상에 유지되며 상기 브레이크 캘리퍼(1)의 장착 개구에 걸쳐 연장된 패드 유지 클립(11)을 지지하는 패드 유지 스프링(10)에 의한 예압 하에, 상기 브레이크 디스크(12)의 회전 방향으로 브레이크 캐리어 혼들(brake carrier horns)(9)에 의해 경계 한정되는 차량 측 브레이크 캐리어(2)의 패드 채널 내에 배치되는 것인, 2개의 브레이크 패드들(3); 및
상기 브레이크 패드들(3)을, 브레이크 작동 하에서 변위된 이후 브레이크의 해제 후에, 복귀시킬 수 있는 복원 장치로서, 상기 복원 장치는, 대향하는 상기 브레이크 패드들(3)과 맞물리며 개별적인 작용 방향에 대항하여 동일하게 작용하는 탄력적 스프레더 요소들(6)을 구비하는 것인, 복원 장치
를 포함하고,
2개의 V-자 형상 스프레더 요소(6)가 제공되고, 상기 스프레더 요소(6)는 그 개별적인 스프링 아암들(7)의 연결 영역(13)에서 상기 패드 유지 클립(11) 상에 지지되거나 고정되고, 각각의 스프레더 요소(6)의 상기 스프링 아암들(7)은 그 단부(15)를 통해, 대향하는 상기 브레이크 패드들(3) 상에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 스프링 아암(7)은, 상기 연관된 브레이크 패드(3) 상에 위치되는, 외향으로 성형된 지지부(14)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
각각의 스프레더 요소(6)는, 상기 연결 영역(13)의 정점을 통해 가상으로 안내되는 종방향 축(X)에 대해 비대칭으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 2개의 스프레더 요소(6)의 상기 연결 영역들(13)은, 상기 종방향 축(X)에 대해 서로에 대해 오프셋되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 스프레더 요소들(6)은, 와이어로 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 아암들(7)의 각각의 단부(15)는, 상기 스프링 아암(7)의 인접한 영역의 경로에 대해 각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 단부(15)는, 상기 패드 유지 스프링(10) 내의 보어 내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 아암(7)의 각각의 단부(15)는, 상기 패드 캐리어 플레이트(4) 내의 보어 내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 스프링 아암(7)의 상기 단부(15)는, 상기 패드 유지 스프링(10) 내의 슬롯을 통과하는 상기 패드 캐리어 플레이트(4)의 탭(17) 내의 보어 내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 스프링 아암(7)의 상기 단부(15)는, 상기 패드 유지 스프링(10)의 성형된 아일릿(16) 내로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 스프링 아암(7)의 상기 단부(15)는, 루프의 형상으로 굽혀지며, 그리고 상기 탭(17) 내의 보어 내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 2개의 스프레더 요소(6)의 상기 연결 영역들(13)은, 서로에 인접하게 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
