Description
Claims (10)
- 지지 플레이트(2) 및 상기 지지 플레이트(2)의 표면들 중의 한 표면에 설치된 마찰 재료(3)를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 지지 플레이트(2)는 대체로 원호의 형태로 되어 있고; 또한 상기 원호의 바깥쪽으로 반경방향으로 돌출되어 있는 돌출부(38)와 상기 반경방향의 돌출부(38)에 설치된 스프링 요소(22)를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 스프링 요소(22)는 원통형으로 감긴 와이어로 만들어져 있고 상기 원통형에 대해 대체로 접선방향인 2 개의 반대 방향으로 뻗어 있는 제 1 아암(30) 및 제 2 아암(32)을 구비하고 있는, 디스크 브레이크용 마찰 요소(P)에 있어서,상기 지지 플레이트(2)는 상기 스프링 요소를 설치하기 위한 오리피스(40)를 포함하고 있고, 상기 오리피스에는 스프링 요소의 원통형으로 감긴 부분이 장착되고, 상기 제 1 아암(30) 및 제 2 아암(32)은 지지 플레이트(2)의 양측으로 뻗어 있고, 상기 제 1 아암(30) 및 제 2 아암(32)은 마찰 요소의 전방 또는 후방쪽으로 작용하는 힘을 발휘하기 위해 길이가 다르게 되어 있고,상기 원호의 제 1 단부(10)와 제 2 단부(12)에, 디스크 브레이크의 캐리어(44)에 형성된 제 1 안내면(18) 및 제 2 안내면(20)과 각각 상호작용할 수 있는 제 1 핑거(14) 및 제 2 핑거(16)를 각각 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 마찰 요소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 아암(32)이 브레이크 디스크의 회전 방향(F)에서 제 1 아암(30)의 앞쪽으로 향해있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 마찰 요소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 아암(30) 및 제 2 아암(32)의 각 단부는 상기 원통형의 축을 향해 만곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 마찰 요소.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 요소가 디스크 브레이크의 내측 마찰 요소를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 마찰 요소.
- 캘리퍼, 내측 마찰 요소 및 외측 마찰 요소, 그리고 브레이크 디스크의 제 1 면에 내측 마찰 요소를 붙게 할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 피스톤을 포함하고 있는 디스크 브레이크에 있어서,제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항, 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 마찰 요소를 적어도 하나 포함하고 있고, 상기 스프링 요소의 아암(30, 32)이 캘리퍼(42)의 아치(50)의 내측 표면을 기계적인 응력하에서 누르도록 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 디스크 브레이크는 차량의 스터브 액슬에 고정되도록 설계된 캐리어(44)를 포함하고 있고, 캘리퍼(42)는 캐리어(44)에 대해 미끄럼이동하도록 장착되어 있고, 캘리퍼(42)는 또한 브레이크 디스크의 제 2 면에 외측 패드를 붙일 수 있는 노우즈를 포함하고 있고, 디스크 브레이크는 또한 마찰 요소의 제 1 핑거(14) 및 제 2 핑거(16)의 형상과 상보적인 형상의 제 1 안내면(18) 및 제 2 안내면(20)을 포함하고 있고, 내측 패드의 마찰 재료가 브레이크 디스크와 접촉하게 될 때 내측 패드/캐리어(44) 조립체가 강성의 프레임구조를 형성하도록 제 1 핑거(14)는 브레이크 디스크의 회전 방향(F)으로 클리어런스를 가진 상태로 제 1 안내면(18)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 외측 패드가 캘리퍼 노우즈와 일체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 외측 패드가 스터드(62)와 마찰 요소 및 캘리퍼 노우즈에 의해 지지된 상기 스터드(62)를 수용하는 개구(64)의 상호작용에 의해서 캘리퍼에 대해 횡방향으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 캐리어(44)가 브레이크 디스크의 축에 평행하게 뻗어 있으며 캘리퍼에 형성된 제 1 보어 및 제 2 보어에서 각각 미끄럼이동하도록 설계된 제 1 핀 및 제 2 핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
