技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分的用于商用车的盘式制动器。
背景技术
在功能情况、亦即在制动中,通过压紧装置对这样的滑动钳-盘式制动器的制动衬片进行压紧,其中,首先压紧侧的制动衬片向制动盘挤压并且接着对置的反应侧的制动衬片挤压到制动盘上。
作用侧的制动衬片在此通过压紧装置的制动冲头(Bremsstempel)向制动盘挤压,而为了按压反应侧的制动衬片,构造为滑动钳的制动钳相反于作用侧的制动衬片的压紧方向移动。
在制动器放松之后,在已知的盘式制动器中,制动钳保留在该最后提到的位置中,在所述位置中,制动衬片、但至少反应侧的制动衬片虽然不加压、然而磨削地贴靠在制动盘上。
由此,在行驶运行中出现的所谓的剩余磨削力矩导致车辆的提高的燃料消耗以及同样导致不仅制动盘而且还有制动衬片的使用寿命的减少。
虽然在行驶运行期间由于制动盘的摆动以及由于在转弯行驶时的振动和横向加速度发生制动衬片的小的放松,然而这些效果不足够有效地阻止所述的磨削。
在WO 2016/202778 A1中为了解决该问题提出,为盘式制动器设有形成回位装置的有弹性的撑开元件,借助所述撑开元件,制动衬片在制动结束之后主动回位,即,从车辆侧的制动盘的作用区域中带出。
在此,为每个制动衬片配置撑开元件,包括分别两个弹簧臂,所述弹簧臂嵌接到相应的衬片支架板中。
这些撑开元件固定在基本上平行于制动盘延伸的保持弓形架上,所述保持弓形架再次保持在车辆侧的制动支架上。该结构阻止产生剩余磨削力矩,所述剩余磨削力矩导致制动衬片的磨损增大。

在US 2014/033 9026 A1中说明一种撑开元件,具有:闭锁臂,所述闭锁臂将撑开元件与制动衬片连接;拉回臂;以及预紧装置,所述预紧装置设置在闭锁臂和拉回臂之间。在此,预紧装置具有螺旋形的弹簧环,所述弹簧环在制动过程期间存储能量并且在制动放松之后拉回制动衬片。
与所述类别不同,该结构不涉及滑动钳式制动器、而是涉及浮动钳式制动器,所述浮动钳式制动器在乘用车中使用,然而对于商用车不适合。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,这样进一步改进这种类型的盘式制动器,使得其回位装置更简单地构造并且由此能更低成本地制造并且其运行安全改善。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出按照现有技术的用于商用车的盘式制动器。该盘式制动器具有制动钳1,该制动钳以能移动的方式保持在可固定于车辆侧的制动支架2上并且以能反向运动的方式支承在两个彼此间隔开设置的制动衬片3中。

在图3中可看出,相应的撑开元件6的弹簧腿7的关于制动盘12弓形向外成形的支座14靠置在所配属的制动衬片3的衬片保持弹簧10上,由此阻止该撑开元件6的倾翻。
在图4-8中,结构组合件制动衬片3、撑开元件6和制动盘12单独描绘,亦即没有制动钳1和衬片保持弓形架11。因此,明显可看出撑开元件6的配置。
图4借此示出对应于图3的撑开元件6的构造。然而,区别于此不是直接固定在衬片支架板4上,而是固定在衬片保持弹簧10的孔中。
明显可看出,在图4中示出的示例中,相应的支座14仅在一侧构成并且贴靠在所配属的衬片保持弹簧10上,两个撑开元件6的支座14贴靠在相对置的各制动衬片3的衬片保持弹簧10上。
两个撑开元件6分别关于引导通过连接区域13的顶点的假想的纵轴线X不对称地构造并且更确切地说是这样,即,撑开元件6的两个连接区域13在已装配的位态中彼此错开地、即纵轴线X彼此具有间距地定位。
在图5中示出的示例中,弹簧腿7的端部15也插入衬片保持弹簧10的孔中。在这些实施变型方案中,每个弹簧腿7具有一个支座14,所述支座贴靠在所配属的衬片保持弹簧10上。
撑开元件6的与图4类似的实施方式在图6中描绘,即包括仅分别一个支座14。然而,弹簧腿7的端部15插入衬片支架板4的孔中。
在图7中示出的实施例中,弹簧腿7的端部15插入在端侧成形到相应的衬片保持弹簧10上的圈环16中并且在其中抗扭转地保持,从而可以放弃支座14。
在图8中可看出弹簧腿7在衬片支架板4上的连接的另一种变型。在这里端部15这样卷绕,使得产生搭环(Schlaufe),所述搭环在衬片保持弹簧10上方引导穿过成形到相应的衬片支架板上的接片17,所述接片穿过衬片保持弹簧10。在此,这些端部15也用于衬片保持弹簧10相对于衬片支架板4的径向固定。
撑开元件6作为细节在图9中示出,在该实施例中支座14在一侧、即在两个弹簧腿7之一上构成。此外,所述端部15在这里与弹簧腿7成直角地成形。
图10示出撑开元件6在衬片保持弓形架11上的保持的一种替代的构造方案。连接区域13在此放置在衬片保持弓形架11上并且在那里通过夹紧装置19固定,由此撑开元件6沿径向方向被预紧,用于其限定的定位并且用于避免由于振动引起的噪声。夹紧装置19优选以能轴向移动的方式被保持,从而在磨损情况下对钳运动进行补偿。
弹簧腿7的端部15引导穿过衬片支架板4的长孔20,所述端部15在弹簧腿7的延伸平面中成直角地折角。
在两个撑开元件6的在图11中示出的另一个实施例示例中,所述撑开元件以其连接区域13彼此贴靠并且通过夹子18相互连接,所述撑开元件6关于之前所述纵轴线X不是非对称、而是对称地构造。

Claims (17)
1.用于商用车的盘式制动器,该盘式制动器包括:跨越制动盘(12)的构造为滑动钳的制动钳(1);两个制动衬片(3),所述制动衬片设置在制动钳中、能沿相反方向朝向制动盘(12)运动并且分别具有一个衬片支架板(4)和固定在衬片支架板上的摩擦衬片(5),所述制动衬片分别在借助衬片保持弹簧(10)的预紧力下设置在车辆侧的制动支架(2)的沿制动盘(12)的旋转方向通过制动支架角(9)限定的衬片井筒中,保持在制动钳(1)上的并且跨过制动钳(1)的装配开口的衬片保持弓形架(11)支撑在所述衬片保持弹簧上;以及回位装置,利用所述回位装置,在由制动引起的制动器的移动和放松之后所述制动衬片(3)能被引回,所述回位装置具有作用在相对置的各制动衬片(3)上的、逆着相应的压紧方向、相同作用的有弹性的撑开元件(6),其特征在于,设置有两个V形成形的撑开元件(6),所述撑开元件在其相应的弹簧腿(7)的连接区域(13)中支撑或固定在衬片保持弓形架(11)上,每个撑开元件(6)的弹簧腿(7)以其端部(15)保持在相对置的各制动衬片(3)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,至少一个弹簧腿(7)具有向外成形的支座(14),所述支座靠置在所配属的制动衬片(3)上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,每个撑开元件(6)关于假想地引导通过连接区域(13)的顶点的纵轴线(X)不对称地构造。
4.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,这两个撑开元件(6)的连接区域(13)关于其纵轴线(X)彼此错开地设置。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述撑开元件(6)一件式地由线材、优选弹簧线材成形。
6.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,弹簧腿(7)的每个端部(15)相对于弹簧腿(7)的相邻区域的走向折角。
7.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,每个端部(15)插入衬片保持弹簧(10)的孔中。
8.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,弹簧腿(7)的每个端部(15)插入衬片支架板(4)的孔中。
9.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,相应的弹簧腿(7)的端部(15)插入衬片支架板(4)的接片(17)的孔中,所述接片穿过衬片保持弹簧(10)的长孔。
10.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,相应的弹簧腿(7)的端部(15)插入衬片保持弹簧(10)的成形的圈环(16)中。
11.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,每个弹簧腿(7)的端部(15)搭环形地弯曲并且插入接片(17)的孔中。
12.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,两个撑开元件(6)的连接区域(13)彼此贴靠。
13.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,彼此贴靠的连接区域(13)相互连接、优选通过夹子(18)相互连接。
14.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述撑开元件(6)关于假想的纵轴线(X)镜像对称地构造。
15.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述撑开元件(6)以其连接区域(13)固定在衬片保持弓形架(11)上。
16.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述连接区域(13)靠置在衬片保持弓形架(11)上。
17.按照上述权利要求之一所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,靠置在衬片保持弓形架(11)上的连接区域(13)借助夹紧装置(19)固定在衬片保持弓形架(11)上。
