Claims (17)
- 商用車用のディスクブレーキであって、
ブレーキディスク(12)に上方から係合する、摺動キャリパとして形成されたブレーキキャリパ(1)と、
前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)内に配置されており、前記ブレーキディスク(12)に向かってそれぞれ反対の方向に可動の2つのブレーキパッド(3)であって、該ブレーキパッド(3)は、各1つのパッド支持体プレート(4)と、該パッド支持体プレート(4)に取り付けられた摩擦パッド(5)とを有しており、前記ブレーキパッド(3)はそれぞれ、前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)に保持されておりかつ該ブレーキキャリパ(1)の取付け開口の上に跨設されたパッド保持フレーム(11)を支持するパッド保持ばね(10)を介して予荷重を加えられた状態で、車両側のブレーキ支持体(2)の、前記ブレーキディスク(12)の回転方向においてブレーキ支持体突出部(9)により画定されたパッド穴内に配置されており、さらに、前記ブレーキパッド(3)を、制動に基づく摺動後でありかつブレーキ解除後に戻すことができる戻し装置が設けられており、該戻し装置は、互いに反対の側に位置する前記ブレーキパッド(3)に作用する、各緊締方向とは逆の方向に等しく働くばね弾性的な拡開要素(6)を有している、ブレーキパッド(3)と
を備える商用車用のディスクブレーキにおいて、
V字形に形成された2つの前記拡開要素(6)が設けられており、該拡開要素(6)は、それぞれのばね脚(7)の結合領域(13)において前記パッド保持フレーム(11)に支持されている、または取り付けられており、各前記拡開要素(6)の前記ばね脚(7)は、該ばね脚(7)の端部(15)でもって、互いに反対の側に位置する前記ブレーキパッド(3)に保持されていることを特徴とする、商用車用のディスクブレーキ。 - 少なくとも1つの前記ばね脚(7)は、外向きに形成された支持体(14)を有しており、該支持体(14)は、対応して配置された前記ブレーキパッド(3)に支持されている、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 各前記拡開要素(6)は、前記結合領域(13)の頂点を通って案内される仮想の長手方向軸線(X)に対して非対称に形成されている、請求項1または2記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 2つの前記拡開要素(6)の前記結合領域(13)は、それらの前記長手方向軸線(X)に関して、互いにずらされて配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記拡開要素(6)は、線材、好適にはばね線材から一体に形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ばね脚(7)の各前記端部(15)は、前記ばね脚(7)の隣接する領域の延在部に対して折り曲げられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 各前記端部(15)は、前記パッド保持ばね(10)の孔に差し込まれている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ばね脚(7)の各前記端部(15)は、前記パッド支持体プレート(4)の孔に差し込まれている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 各前記ばね脚(7)の各前記端部(15)は、前記パッド保持ばね(10)の長孔を貫通する、前記パッド支持体プレート(4)の舌片(17)の孔に差し込まれている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 各前記ばね脚(7)の前記端部(15)は、前記パッド保持ばね(10)に一体形成されたループ部(16)に差し込まれている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記各ばね脚(7)の前記端部(15)は、ループ状に曲げられており、前記舌片(17)の孔に差し込まれている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 2つの前記拡開要素(6)の前記結合領域(13)は、相接して位置している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 相接して位置する前記結合領域(13)は、好適にはクリップ(18)により互いに結合されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記拡開要素(6)は、前記仮想の長手方向軸線(X)に対して鏡像対称に形成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記拡開要素(6)は、該拡開要素(6)の前記結合領域(13)でもって前記パッド保持フレーム(11)に取り付けられている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ。
