본 발명은 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서에 관한 것으로 더욱 자세하게는, 여러 번의 혼합과정으로 생산되는 이차전지용 슬러리 제조과정 중 믹서 내부로 공급되는 이차전지용 슬러리의 구성요소들이 용이하고 효율적으로 분산될 수 있도록 챔버 내부에 혼합재료를 교반하는 저속블레이드 및 고속블레이드를 배치하고, 고속블레이드 상에서 혼합재료에 여러 교반 특성을 부여하기 위해 복수의 교반특성을 가진 블레이드 날을 배치하며 혼합재료가 챔버가 고전단분산부를 순환하며 혼합재료의 분산도를 높이는 동시에 챔버 내부의 혼합재료가 교반되는 초기에 공급되는 용액의 온도를 높여 빠른 시간 내에 고품질의 이차전지 전극용 슬러리를 생산하도록 교반하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서에 관한 것이다.

Description

울트라 디스퍼션 믹서 {Ultra Dispersion Mixer}
본 발명은 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서에 관한 것으로 더욱 자세하게는, 여러 번의 혼합과정으로 생산되는 이차전지용 슬러리 제조과정 중 믹서 내부로 공급되는 이차전지용 슬러리의 구성요소들이 용이하고 효율적으로 분산될 수 있도록 여러 교반 특성을 하나의 믹서장치에서 구현하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서에 관한 것이다.
이차전지용 슬러리는 양극 또는 음극을 구성하는 분체와 이 분체를 극판에 고정하는 접착제(이하 바인더) 그리고 분체 사이에서 전기전도도를 높여주는 도전제 등이 혼합되어 구성된다. 이차전지용 슬러리를 제작할 때는 상기된 분체, 바인더 분체 및 도전제 분체와 바인더 용액을 모두 한 번에 넣고 교반 하는 것이 가장 바람직하지만, 이 경우 각 단위요소들의 응집과 정전기적 인력 등으로 믹서 내부의 교반이 매우 힘들고 상품성 높은 품질의 이차전지용 슬러리를 생산하기가 힘들다. 때문에 일반적으로 바인더 분체를 특정 용매에 녹여서 용액을 미리 만들어 놓고, 미리 제조된 바인더 용액에 양극재 또는 음극재 분체 등을 넣은 후 교반하여 이차전지용 슬러리를 제조한다. 여기서 바인더 용액 제조의 경우 양극과 음극에 따라 사용되는 바인더 용액이 다르다. 통상적으로 바인더 용액의 제조를 위한 혼합 후 이차전지용 슬러리의 제조를 위한 혼합은 하나의 믹서장치에서 순차적으로 이루어지는 것이 제조시간 및 비용측면에서 용이하다. 종래 이차전지용 슬러리 제조를 위한 믹서장치는 한국등록특허공보 제 10-1737756호 ("전지 전극용 슬러리 믹서" 2017.05.13.)와 같이 고속교반체 및 저속교반체를 믹서 내부에 배치하여 혼합재료의 분산도를 높이는 방식으로 이차전지용 슬러리를 제조한다. 그러나 상기된 바와 같이 이차전지용 슬러리 제조하는 과정에서는 바인더 용액을 제조할 시 믹서는 바인더 분체가 용액에 빠르게 녹을 수 있는 교반특성이 필요하고, 미리 제조된 바인더용액에 극성 분체를 혼합하여 이차전지용 슬러리를 제조하는 경우 고점도의 바인더 용액에 용해가 되지 않는 양극 분체나 음극 분체를 바인더 용액에서 골고루 분산시키는 교반특성이 필요하나 선행문헌에 개시된 발명으로는 이차전지용 슬러리 제조과정에 적합한 교반특성을 모두 충족하지 못하는 문제점이 발생된다. 더불어 최근 증가되는 전기자동차의 배터리팩 수요로 인해 이차전지 슬러리의 생산량이 수요를 따라가지 못하여 배터리 생산에 차질이 생기는 문제점 또한 발생한다. 따라서 이차전지용 슬러리를 제조하기 위해 여러 교반특성을 하나의 믹서에 포함하여 이차전지용 슬러리의 구성요소를 효율적으로 혼합하여 높은 품질을 유지하며 제조시간 단축시킬 수 있는 이차전지용 슬러리를 제조하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서의 필요성이 대두된다.
1. 한국등록특허공보 제 10-1737756호 ("전지 전극용 슬러리 믹서" 2017.05.13.)
본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로, 이차전지용 슬러리 제조과정 중 투입되는 분체와 용액에 따라 필요한 교반특성을 하나의 믹서에 구현하여 보다 분산도 높은 이차전지용 슬러리를 제조하고, 교반시간을 줄여 이차전지용 슬러리의 공급량을 높일 수 있는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 과제를 해결하기 위한, 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는 혼합재료가 내부에 수용되는 챔버; 내부에 공간이 형성된 원통으로, 상기 챔버 내측 상부에 배치되어 회전되는 블레이드 드럼; 일단이 상기 블레이드 드럼 하면과 연결되고 타단이 상기 챔버 내벽면을 따라 연장 형성되어 상기 챔버 내벽을 따라 상기 블레이드 드럼과 함께 회전하는 저속블레이드; 및 상기 블레이드 드럼에 일단이 연결되되 타단이 상기 챔버 내부로 연장되어 상기 블레이드 드럼 상에서 자전하는 적어도 하나 이상의 고속블레이드;를 포함하되, 상기 고속블레이드는 한 축에 서로 다른 교반특성을 갖는 복수개의 블레이드 날이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기한 과제를 해결하기 위한, 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는 혼합재료가 내부에 수용되는 챔버; 내부에 공간이 형성된 원통으로, 상기 챔버 내측 상부에 배치되어 회전되는 블레이드 드럼; 일단이 상기 블레이드 드럼 하면과 연결되고 타단이 상기 챔버 내벽면을 따라 연장 형성되어 상기 챔버 내벽을 따라 상기 블레이드 드럼과 함께 회전하는 저속블레이드; 및 상기 블레이드 드럼에 일단이 연결되되 타단이 상기 챔버 내부로 연장되어 상기 블레이드 드럼 상에서 자전하되 상기 저속블레이드 전 후로 배치된 적어도 하나 이상의 고속블레이드;를 포함하되, 상기 고속블레이드는 한 축에 서로 다른 교반특성을 갖는 복수개의 블레이드 날이 배치되고, 상기 복수 개의 블레이 날은 축 회전 간 상기 저속블레이드와 간섭되지 않는 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 블레이드 날은 원형판 외곽에 돌출된 톱니가 형성되어 회전하는 톱날블레이드 및 원형판 외곽에 수직으로 연장된 복수 개의 막대가 형성되어 회전하는 스타블레이드를 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 저속블레이드는, 상기 챔버의 내측면을 따라 연장되는 막대부;
상기 챔버의 바닥면을 따라 연장되는 바닥부; 및 상기 막대부에서 상기 챔버의 내측으로 돌출되어 서로 이격되는 복수 개의 돌출부;를 포함하되, 상기 블레이드 날은 상기 서로 이격되는 복수 개의 돌출부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 저속블레이드는, 상기 막대부 끝단에서 챔버의 바닥면을 따라 연장된 바닥부를 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는, 상기 챔버 상측 및 상기 블레이드 드럼 중앙을 관통하도록 삽입 설치되어 복수의 동력원에서 전달되는 하나 이상의 동력을 상기 블레이드 드럼 또는 상기 고속 블레이드로 분배하는 동력분배부;를 더 포함하되, 상기 동력분배부는 복수의 동력원에서 전달되는 동력 중 어느 하나의 동력을 상기 블레이드 드럼으로 분배하는 제 1 분배부, 상기 제 1 분배부 중앙을 관통하는 회전샤프트로 형성되되, 복수의 동력원에서 전달되는 동력 중 나머지 동력을 상기 고속 블레이드로 분배하는 제 2분배부를 포함하여 상기 저속블레이드는 상기 블레이드 드럼과 함께 회전하고, 상기 고속 블레이드는 상기 블레이드 드럼 상에서 자전하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
더 나아가, 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는, 상기 고속블레이드의 자전이 상기 저속블레이드의 공전 속도보다 빠른 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는, 상기 챔버 양측에 연결 상기 챔버를 회전 및 상기 챔버가 배치되는 지지부에서 승하강시키는 개폐장치;를 더 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는, 상기 챔버로 분체를 공급하는 분체공급부; 상기 챔버로 용액을 공급하는 용액공급부; 및 상기 용액공급부로 공급되는 용액의 온도를 조절하는 열교환기;를 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는, 내부에 구비된 임펠러의 회전력으로 상기 챔버에서 유입되는 혼합재료에 고전단분산력을 부여하는 고전단분산기를 포함하되, 상기 챔버 하부에 형성된 인입구 및 취출구와 상기 고전단분산기가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이 때, 상기 인입구 및 상기 취출구는 상기 챔버에서 사용자설정시간이상 혼합재료의 교반 후 개폐되는 타이밍밸브가 형성되는 것을 포함한다.
상기한 구성에 따른 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는 여러 교반특성을 가진 교반장치가 복수 개 구비되어 이차전지용 슬러리 제작과정 중 내부에 공급되는 물질의 종류와 내부 혼합물질의 교반정도에 따라 믹서 내부의 교반환경을 변화시킬 수 있어 높은 분산도를 가진 이차전지용 슬러리를 제조하도록 교반할 수 있고, 제작비용과 교반시간이 절감되는 높은 품질의 이차전지용 슬러리를 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 첨부된 도면을 사용하여 더욱 구체적으로 설명한다.
첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기 위하여 도시한 일예에 불과하므로 본 발명의 기술적 사상이 첨부된 도면의 형태에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)는 챔버(100), 블레이드 드럼(200), 저속블레이드(300), 고속블레이드(400) 및 개폐장치(500)를 포함한다. 각 구성요소에 대해 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상기 챔버(100)는 내부에 공간이 형성되어 혼합재료 즉, 이차전지 슬러리 제작을 위한 분체 및 바인더용액을 수용하는 역할을 한다. 상기 챔버(100)는 분체 및 바인더용액을 이차전지 전극용 슬러리로 교반하고, 실시에 따라 개폐장치(500)를 통해 상기 챔버(100)의 상부 또는 하부를 개폐하여 교반 완료된 이차전지 전극용 슬러리를 배출하거나 외부와 연결된 배출부를 상기 챔버(100)상에 형성하여 외부로 이송하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 블레이드 드럼(200)은 챔버(100) 내측 상부에 배치되어, 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)의 외부에서 전달되는 적어도 하나 이상의 동력을 저속블레이드(300) 및 고속블레이드(400)로 분배하는 역할 및 연결된 저속블레이드(300)의 동작을 위해 챔버(100) 내측 상부에서 회전하는 역할을 한다.
상기 저속블레이드(300)는 챔버(100) 내벽면에 응집된 혼합재료를 챔버(100) 중앙으로 교반하는 역할을 한다. 상기 저속블레이드(300)는 일단이 블레이드 드럼(200)의 적어도 한 영역과 연결되고, 타단은 챔버(100) 내벽면을 따라 연장 형성된다. 따라서 상기 저속블레이드(300)는 챔버(100) 내벽에 근접하여 배치되되, 블레이드 드럼(200)의 회전 중 챔버(100)와의 간섭이 발생되지 않도록 배치하는 것이 바람직하다. 더 나아가 상기 저속블레이드(300)는 블레이드 드럼(200)의 회전과 함께 챔버(100)의 내부를 회전하므로 블레이드 드럼(200)에 배치되는 고속블레이드(400)와 함께 혼합재료의 교반효율을 향상할 수 있는 형상 및 고속블레이드(400)와 간섭되지 않는 형상 및 배치를 가지는 것이 바람직하다. 상기된 저속블레이드(300)의 세부 형상 및 고속블레이드(400)와의 간섭을 배제하는 배치는 도 2의 설명에서 다루고자 한다.
상기 고속블레이드(400)는 블레이드 드럼(200) 상에 배치되어 배치된 위치에서 고속 축 회전을 통해 상기 고속블레이드(400) 한 축에 서로 다른 교반특성을 갖는 복수개의 블레이드 날로 챔버(100) 내부에 수용된 혼합재료 중 응집된 입자에 분산력을 공급하여 각 입자가 찢어지도록 교반한다. 서로 다른 교반특성의 블레이드 날의 세부설명 및 상기 고속블레이드(400)의 배치방법은 도 2 내지 도 3의 설명에서 다루고자 한다.
상기 개폐장치(500)는 챔버(100) 양측에 배치되어 챔버(100)를 회전 및 챔버(100)가 배치되는 지지부재 상에서 챔버(100)를 승하강 시키는 역할을 한다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)의 챔버(100)내부에서 회전하는 블레이드 드럼(200)이 회전하도록 챔버(100) 상측 및 블레이드 드럼(200) 중앙을 관통하도록 삽입 설치되어 복수의 동력원에서 전달되는 하나 이상의 동력을 분배하는 동력분배부(600)가 배치된다. 이 때 상기 블레이드 드럼(200)에 배치되는 저속블레이드(300) 및 고속블레이드(400)를 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상기 저속블레이드(300)는 일단이 블레이드 드럼(200) 하면과 연결되고, 타단이 챔버(100) 내벽면을 따라 연장 형성되어 챔버(100) 내벽을 따라 블레이드 드럼(200)과 함께 회전한다. 이때 상기 저속블레이드(300)는 막대부(310), 바닥부(320) 및 돌출부(330)를 포함하여 형성된다.
상기 막대부(310)는 블레이드 드럼(200)에서 시작되어 챔버(100)의 내벽면을 따라 연장되어 챔버(100) 내벽면에 응집된 혼합재료를 챔버(100) 중앙으로 교반한다.
상기 바닥부(320)는 막대부(310) 끝단에서 챔버(100)의 바닥면을 따라 연장되어 챔버 바닥면에 응집된 혼합재료를 교반한다.
상기 돌출부(330)는 막대부(310)에서 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 챔버(100) 내측방향으로 돌출되어 챔버(100) 내부에서 고속블레이드(400)로 향하는 혼합재료를 균일하게 고속블레이드(400)로 보내는 역할을 한다.
상기 고속블레이드(400)는 블레이드 드럼(200)상에 복수 위치에 배치되되, 저속블레이드(300)를 기준하여 전 후로 적어도 하나 이상 배치된다. 이때 상기 고속블레이드(400)에 배치된 서로 다른 교반특성을 가진 복수 개의 블레이드 날이 축 회전 간 저속블레이드(300)와 간섭되지 않는 영역에 배치되는 것이 바람직하다. 더 나아가 상기 고속블레이드(400) 상에 배치되는 블레이드 날은 돌출부(330) 사이에 배치되어 블레이드 드럼(200)의 회전을 통해 상기 고속블레이드(400)로 향하는 혼합재료를 균일하게 공급하게 된다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)는 고속블레이드(400)상에 배치되는 블레이드 날을 도 3(a)를 참고하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 고속블레이드(400)는 도 3(a)에 도시된 바와 같이 서로 다른 교반특성을 가진 톱날블레이드(410) 및 스타블레이드(420)를 함께 사용한다. 따라서 챔버(100) 내부의 분체 및 바인더 용액이 혼합되는 중 형성되는 분체 덩어리를 상기 톱날블레이드(410)로 찢어지도록 교반하고, 챔버(100) 내부에 혼합재료가 고착되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 스타블레이드(420)가 챔버(100) 내부의 혼합재료를 전반적으로 교반한다. 도 3(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 톱날블레이드(410)는 원판의 끝단부에 톱날(411)이 형성되어 챔버(100)내부의 혼합재료 알갱이 또는 분체 덩어리가 찢어지도록 분산력을 공급한다. 더 나아가 상기 스타블레이드(420)는 원판 또는 방사형으로 배치된 몸체 끝단에 막대(421)가 형성되어 챔버(100) 내부를 유동하는 혼합재료를 전체적으로 섞도록 분산력을 공급한다. 상기된 톱날블레이드(410) 및 스타블레이드(420)는 도 3(a) 및 도 3(b)에 도시된 형상 이외에도 동일한 효과를 가지는 형상으로 사용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)는 블레이드 드럼(200)에 삽설된 동력분배부(600)를 통해 외부에서 전달되는 복수개의 동력을 저속블레이드(300) 및 고속블레이드(400) 분배한다. 상기 블레이드 드럼(200)의 세부형상 및 동력을 분배하는 방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상기 동력분배부(600)는 챔버(100) 상측에 및 블레이드 드럼(200) 중앙을 관통하도록 삽입 설치되어 외부에서 전달되는 복수의 동력을 블레이드 드럼(200) 또는 고속블레이드(400)로 분배하는 역할을 한다. 구체적으로 제 1분배부(610) 및 제 2분배부(620)를 포함하여 형성된다. 상기 제 1분배부(610)는 중앙이 연통된 형상으로 형성되되, 공급되는 복수의 동력 중 어느 하나의 동력을 상기 블레이드 드럼으로 분배한다. 상기 제 2분배부(620)는 상기 제 1분배부(610) 중앙을 관통하는 회전샤프트로 형성되되, 공급되는 동력 중 나머지 동력을 하나 이상의 고속블레이드(400)로 분배한다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)는 고전단분산기(700)를 포함한다. 상기 고전단분산기(700)를 포함하는 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)의 구성을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상기 고전단분산기(700)는 내부에 구비된 임펠러의 회전력으로 챔버(100)에서 유입되는 혼합재료에 고전단분산력을 부여하여 저속블레이드(300) 및 고속블레이드(400)로 미처 분산되지 못한 혼합재료 알갱이에 전단력을 부여하여 교반한다. 따라서 챔버(100) 하부에 혼합재료가 유동하는 인입구 및 취출구를 형성하여 챔버(100)내부에서 교반되는 혼합재료 중 소정량을 상기 고전단분산기(700)에서 교반 후 다시 챔버(100)로 순환시키며 보다 높은 품질의 이차전지용 슬러리를 빠른 시간에 생산할 수 있다. 더 나아가 상기 고전단분산기(700)는 분체와 용액이 혼합재료로 혼합되는 교반 초기에는 분체가 뭉쳐진 알갱이로 인해 상기 고전단분산기(700)의 작동이 어려워 챔버(100) 내부에서 혼합재료가 상기 고전단분산기(700)의 작동가능범위의 분산도를 갖춘 이후 챔버(100)와 상기 고전단분산기(700)를 혼합재료가 순환하며 분산도가 높은 이차전지 전극용 슬러리를 제조할 수 있다. 추가적으로 상기 고전단분산기(700)와 챔버(100)가 연결되는 인입구 및 취출구에 타이밍밸브를 배치하여 혼합재료의 공급을 제어할 수도 있다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)는 열교환기(800)를 포함하여 유입되는 용액의 온도를 조절할 수 있다. 상기 열교환기(800)를 포함하는 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)의 구성을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상기 열교환기(800)는 챔버(100)로 공급되는 용액의 온도를 제어하는 역할을 한다. 구체적으로 챔버(100)로 공급된 분체와 용액으로 구성되는 혼합재료는 교반 초기에 점도가 높고, 낮은 온도로 인해 혼합재료가 빠르게 교반되지 않고 덩어리지게 되는데 챔버(100)내부의 교반이 소정시간 지속되어 혼합재료가 교반에 용이한 일정온도 이상 유지되는 시점까지 공급되는 용액의 온도를 높이도록 상기 열교환기(800)가 작동된다.
도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서(1000)는 혼합재료가 교반되는 챔버(100)의 구성 이외에도 고전단분산기(700) 및 열교환기(800)를 더 포함하는 실시예로 혼합재료의 신속한 교반을 통해 고품질의 이차전지 전극용 슬러리를 제조할 수 있고, 이를 위해 챔버(100)와 연결되는 고전단분산기(700) 및 열교환기(800)의 유로 상에 밸브(V1, V2, V3, V4)를 배치하여 공급량을 제어할 수 있다.
본 발명은 다양한 변경을 가할 수 있고 여러 가지 실시예를 가질 수 있는 바, 특정 실시예들을 도면에 예시하고 상세한 설명을 하고자 한다. 그러나, 이는 본 발명을 특정한 실시 형태에 대해 한정하려는 것이 아니며, 본 발명의 사상 및 기술 범위에 포함되는 모든 변경, 균등물 내지 대체물을 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
어떤 구성요소가 다른 구성요소에 "연결되어" 있다거나 "접속되어" 있다고 언급된 때에는, 그 다른 구성요소에 직접적으로 연결되어 있거나 또는 접속되어 있을 수도 있지만, 중간에 다른 구성요소가 존재할 수도 있다고 이해되어야 할 것이다.
다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함해서 여기서 사용되는 모든 용어들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가지고 있다.
일반적으로 사용되는 사전에 정의되어 있는 것과 같은 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥상 가지는 의미와 일치하는 의미를 가지는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 출원에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
본 발명은 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 적용범위가 다양함은 물론이고, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 다양한 변형 실시가 가능한 것은 물론이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 혼합재료가 내부에 수용되는 챔버;
    내부에 공간이 형성된 원통으로, 상기 챔버 내측 상부에 배치되어 회전되는 블레이드 드럼;
    일단이 상기 블레이드 드럼 하면과 연결되고 타단이 상기 챔버 내벽면을 따라 연장 형성되어 상기 챔버 내벽을 따라 상기 블레이드 드럼과 함께 회전하는 저속블레이드; 및
    상기 블레이드 드럼에 일단이 연결되되 타단이 상기 챔버 내부로 연장되어 상기 블레이드 드럼 상에서 자전하되 상기 저속블레이드 전 후로 배치된 적어도 하나 이상의 고속블레이드;를 포함하되,
    상기 고속블레이드는 한 축에 서로 다른 교반특성을 갖는 복수개의 블레이드 날이 배치되고,
    상기 복수 개의 블레이 날은 축 회전 간 상기 저속블레이드와 간섭되지 않는 영역에 배치되고,
    상기 저속블레이드는, 상기 챔버의 내벽면을 따라 연장되는 막대부와 상기 막대부 끝단에서 챔버의 바닥면을 따라 연장된 바닥부를 포함하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 블레이드 날은
    원형판 외곽에 돌출된 톱니가 형성되어 회전하는 톱날블레이드 및
    원형판 외곽에 수직으로 연장된 복수 개의 막대가 형성되어 회전하는 스타블레이드
    를 포함하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저속블레이드는,
    상기 막대부에서 상기 챔버의 내측으로 돌출되어 서로 이격되는 복수 개의 돌출부;를 포함하되,
    상기 블레이드 날은 상기 서로 이격되는 복수 개의 돌출부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서.
  4. 삭제
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는,
    상기 챔버 상측 및 상기 블레이드 드럼 중앙을 관통하도록 삽입 설치되어 복수의 동력원에서 전달되는 하나 이상의 동력을 상기 블레이드 드럼 또는 상기 고속 블레이드로 분배하는 동력분배부;를 더 포함하되,
    상기 동력분배부는 복수의 동력원에서 전달되는 동력 중 어느 하나의 동력을 상기 블레이드 드럼으로 분배하는 제 1 분배부,
    상기 제 1 분배부 중앙을 관통하는 회전샤프트로 형성되되, 복수의 동력원에서 전달되는 동력 중 나머지 동력을 상기 고속 블레이드로 분배하는 제 2분배부를 포함하여
    상기 저속블레이드는 상기 블레이드 드럼과 함께 회전하고, 상기 고속 블레이드는 상기 블레이드 드럼 상에서 자전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서.
  6. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는,
    상기 고속블레이드의 자전이 상기 저속블레이드의 공전 속도보다 빠른 것을 특징으로 하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서는,
    상기 챔버 양측에 연결 상기 챔버를 회전 및 상기 챔버가 배치되는 지지부에서 승하강시키는 개폐장치;
    를 더 포함하는 울트라 디스퍼션 믹서.
