Abstract
Description
논밭이나 가수원에 해당되는 농작물 재배지역(100)의 상공에 비행되고, 방수가 가능하며, 상기 농작물 재배지역(100) 내 중앙 또는 외곽에 설치된 착륙패드부(20)에 착륙하여 전원을 공급받아 자동충전되거나, 비운행시 착륙패드부(20)에 착륙되는 드론장치(10);
상기 드론장치(10)의 농작물 재배지역(100) 내 비행경로(110), 비행시간, 충전간격을 사전설정할 수 있도록, 상기 드론장치(10) 내부에 설치되어, 농작물 재배지역(100) 근방에서 사용자가 무선으로 원격 설정이 가능토록 하여, 상기 드론장치(10)가 원격비행하도록 하는 제어조작부(30);
상기 드론장치(10)에 장착되며, 360°로 회전되며 조류가 기피하는 사전설정된 색상의 빛을 농작물 재배지역(100) 내에 발광 및 조사할 수 있도록 함으로써, 농작물 재배지역(100) 내 조류의 접근을 차단하는 빛 발생부(40);
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 드론장치의 비행경로를 나타낸 일실시예의 도면.
상기 빛 발생부(40)는 360°로 회전기능이 안정되도록 드론장치(10)의 저면에 설치된다.
상기 소리 발생부(50)는 소리의 송출 및 전파가 용이토록, 빛 발생부(40)의 하단측에서 드론다리(11) 사이의 중간에 설치된다.

Claims (4)
- 논밭이나 가수원에 해당되는 농작물 재배지역(100)의 상공에 비행되고, 방수가 가능하며, 상기 농작물 재배지역(100) 내 중앙 또는 외곽에 설치된 착륙패드부(20)에 착륙하여 전원을 공급받아 자동충전되거나, 비운행시 착륙패드부(20)에 착륙되는 드론장치(10);
상기 드론장치(10)의 농작물 재배지역(100) 내 비행경로(110), 비행시간, 충전간격을 사전설정할 수 있도록, 상기 드론장치(10) 내부에 설치되어, 농작물 재배지역(100) 근방에서 사용자가 무선으로 원격 설정이 가능토록 하여, 상기 드론장치(10)가 원격비행하도록 하는 제어조작부(30);
상기 드론장치(10)에 장착되며, 360°로 회전되며 조류가 기피하는 사전설정된 색상의 빛을 농작물 재배지역(100) 내에 발광 및 조사할 수 있도록 함으로써, 농작물 재배지역(100) 내 조류의 접근을 차단하는 빛 발생부(40);
상기 드론장치(10)에 장착되며, 조류가 민감하게 반응하여 기피하는 2000 ~ 4000㎐ 주파수의 소리를 농작물 재배지역(100) 내에 송출하여, 농작물 재배지역(100) 내 조류의 접근을 차단하는 소리 발생부(50); 로 이루어지며,
상기 빛 발생부(40)는 360°로 회전기능이 안정되도록 드론장치(10)의 저면에 설치되고,
상기 소리 발생부(50)는 소리의 송출 및 전파가 용이토록, 빛 발생부(40)의 하단측에서 드론다리(11) 사이의 중간에 설치되며,
상기 드론장치(10)는
내부의 배터리가 사전설정 수준이하가 되는 경우, 자동으로 착륙패드부(20)에 착륙하여 자동충전이 되도록 하며, 사전설정 충전시간 또는 자동충전이 완료되면, 충전을 위해 이탈했던 이탈위치에서부터 비행경로(110)로 비행이 자동으로 재운행되도록 하며,
상기 드론장치(10)는
상기 드론장치(10)의 수평방향 또는 상부방향을 향해 감지센서가 장착되어, 드론장치(10)가 비행경로(110)로 비행중, 비행경로(110)상에 조류나 물체를 감지시, 감지위치를 벗어나면서 비행경로(110)로 비행하는 제 1비행모드로 운행되며,
상기 드론장치(10)는
상기 드론장치(10)가 자동충전시, 상기 농작물 재배지역(100) 내에 상호간 이격되며 설치된 다수의 착륙패드부(20) 중, 가장 근접한 착륙패드부(20)에서 충전되도록, 상기 드론다리(11) 최하단에 드론착륙대(12)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 퇴치 드론.
