Claims (10)
- 복수의 서브픽셀이 배치된 표시영역과 표시영역을 둘러싸는 비표시영역을 포함하는 기판;
상기 기판 상의 비표시영역에 배치되는 데이터 구동부;
상기 표시영역에 인접하여 상기 비표시영역에 배치된 GIP 구동부;
상기 데이터 구동부로부터 상기 표시영역으로 연장된 데이터 링크라인들;
상기 GIP 구동부로부터 상기 표시영역으로 연장된 게이트 링크라인들; 및
상기 게이트 링크라인들 상에 배치된 패시베이션막을 포함하며,
상기 패시베이션막은 상기 데이터 링크라인들과 상기 게이트 링크라인들이 교차하는 교차부에서 상기 게이트 링크라인들 사이에 배치된 적어도 하나의 패시홀을 포함하고,
상기 서브픽셀은,
상기 기판 상에 배치된 반도체층;
상기 반도체층 상에 배치된 게이트 절연막;
상기 게이트 절연막 상에 배치된 게이트 전극;
상기 게이트 전극 상에 배치된 제1 층간 절연막;
상기 제1 층간 절연막 상에 배치된 제2 층간 절연막; 및
상기 제2 층간 절연막 상에 배치되며, 상기 반도체층에 연결된 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함하며,
상기 게이트 링크라인들은 상기 제2 층간 절연막 상에 배치되고,
상기 패시홀은 상기 패시베이션막을 관통하여 상기 패시베이션막 및 상기 게이트 링크라인들 하부에 배치된 상기 제2 층간 절연막을 노출시키는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 패시홀은 상기 게이트 링크라인들로부터 이격되어 상기 게이트 링크라인들과 나란하게 배치된 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 패시홀은 상기 게이트 링크라인들 중 2개의 게이트 링크라인들 사이에서 복수 개로 배치된 표시장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 패시홀은 상기 게이트 링크라인들 중 적어도 2개의 게이트 링크라인들을 사이에 두고 이격된 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 링크라인들은 서로 다른 층에 배치된 제1 데이터 링크라인 및 제2 데이터 링크라인을 포함하는 표시장치. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 데이터 링크라인은 상기 게이트 절연막과 상기 제1 층간 절연막 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제2 데이터 링크라인은 상기 제1 층간 절연막과 상기 제2 층간 절연막 사이에 배치되는 표시장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
