Claims (10)
- 제1 전극, 유기막층 및 제2 전극을 포함하는 유기발광다이오드가 위치하는 표시부; 및
상기 표시부 외에 위치하며, 적어도 하나의 연결패턴을 통해 상기 제2 전극과 저전위라인이 연결된 전극 컨택부를 포함하는 비표시부;를 포함하며,
상기 전극 컨택부는,
상기 적어도 하나의 연결패턴을 노출하는 복수의 패시홀들을 포함하는 패시베이션막; 및
상기 패시베이션막을 노출하는 오버홀을 포함하는 오버코트층을 포함하고,
상기 복수의 패시홀들의 전체 둘레는 상기 오버홀의 둘레보다 더 길고,
상기 복수의 패시홀들은 상기 오버홀 내에 배치되는 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패시홀들의 경사부의 면적은 상기 오버홀의 경사부의 면적보다 큰 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 저전위라인 상에서 상기 저전위라인과 컨택하는 제1 연결패턴; 및
상기 제1 연결패턴 상에서 상기 제1 연결패턴과 컨택하는 제2 연결패턴을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 연결패턴은 상기 복수의 패시홀들의 경사부를 따라 상기 제1 연결패턴과 컨택하는 표시장치. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 패시베이션막은 상기 제1 연결패턴과 상기 제2 연결패턴 사이에 위치하며, 상기 복수의 패시홀들은 상기 제1 연결패턴을 노출하는 표시장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전극은 상기 제2 연결패턴 상에 위치하며, 상기 제2 연결패턴과 컨택하는 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극은 애노드이고, 상기 제2 전극은 캐소드인 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 패시홀의 평면 형상은 스트라이프 또는 도트형인 표시장치.
