상기 보조층과 상기 상부 반사층은 서로 비중첩하고,
상기 보조층은, 상기 제1발광층과 중첩하는 제1부분 및 상기 제1부분에서 상기 상부 반사층을 향하여 연장되어 상기 상부 반사층과 접촉하고 상기 제1발광층과 비중첩하는 제2부분을 포함하고,
상기 보조층의 일측 가장자리는 상기 상부 반사층의 일측 가장자리와 직접 접하고,
상기 상부 반사층의 두께는,
상기 제1대향전극의 두께 및 상기 제2대향전극의 두께보다 크고,
상기 상부 반사층의 두께는 상기 보조층의 두께보다 크지 않은 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2대향전극을 형성하는 물질과 상기 상부 반사층을 형성하는 물질 간의 접착력은,
상기 보조층을 형성하는 물질과 상기 상부 반사층을 형성하는 물질 간의 접착력보다 큰 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조층은 유기물을 포함하고,
상기 상부 반사층은 금속을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 상부 반사층은, 마그네슘(Mg)을 포함하고,
상기 유기물은,
8-퀴놀리나토리튬 (8-Quinolinolato Lithium ; Liq), N,N-디페닐-N,N-비스(9-페닐-9H-카바졸-3-일)비페닐-4,4'-디아민 (N,N-diphenyl-N,N-bis(9-phenyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)biphenyl-4,4'-diamine ; HT01), N(디페닐-4-일)9,9-디메틸-N-(4(9-페닐-9H-카바졸-3-일)페닐)-9H-플루오렌-2-아민 (N(diphenyl-4-yl)9,9-dimethyl-N-(4(9-phenyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)phenyl)-9H-fluorene-2-amine ;HT211), 2-(4-(9,10-디(나프탈렌-2-일)안트라센-2-일)페닐)-1-페닐-1H-벤조-[D]이미다졸 (2-(4-(9,10-di(naphthalene-2-yl)anthracene-2-yl)phenyl)-1-phenyl-1H-benzo-[D]imidazole ; LG201) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
