Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
온도 30∼70℃의 가교 처리액인 처리액을 수용하는 처리조를 지나는 반송 경로를 따라서 원료 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 반송시켜, 상기 처리액에 상기 원료 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름을 침지시키는 공정과,
상기 처리액의 적어도 일부에 대해서, 액면 상에 존재하는 거품을 포함하는 제1 부분과, 제1 부분 이외의 제2 부분으로 분리하는 공정
을 포함하고,
상기 분리하는 공정 전에,
상기 처리액의 적어도 일부를 상기 처리조로부터 뽑아내어, 수용조에 수용시키는 공정과,
상기 수용조에 수용된 상기 처리액의 적어도 일부에 대하여 상기 거품을 발생시키거나 또는 상기 거품을 증가시키는 공정을 추가로 포함하고,
상기 거품을 발생시키거나 또는 상기 거품을 증가시키는 공정은, 상기 처리액을 냉각하고 나서 또는 처리액을 냉각하면서 실시하고,
상기 냉각에 있어서 상기 처리액의 냉각 온도가 0∼15℃인 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부분에 포함되는 상기 거품으로부터 폴리비닐알코올계 수지를 포함하는 고체를 석출시키는 공정과,
상기 고체의 적어도 일부를 제거하는 공정
을 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제거하는 공정에 의해서 회수되는 액체의 적어도 일부를 상기 처리조로 되돌리는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 부분의 적어도 일부를 상기 처리조로 되돌리는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부분에 포함되는 상기 거품은, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지의 농도가 상기 제2 부분에 있어서의 폴리비닐알코올계 수지의 농도보다도 높은 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 필름이 편광 필름인 방법.
