- 외부 판유리(1) 또는 내부 판유리(2)의 중간층(3)을 향하는 표면(II, III) 상의 또는 중간층(3) 내의 전기 전도성 코팅(20); 및
- HUD 영역(B)을 향하는 프로젝터(4);
를 적어도 포함하는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치에서,
여기서 프로젝터(4)의 방사선는 p-편광되고,
여기서 전기 전도성 코팅(20)을 갖는 복합 판유리(10)는 450 nm 내지 650 nm의 전체 스펙트럼 범위에서 p-편광 방사선에 대해 적어도 10 %의 반사율을 가지며,
여기서 전기 전도성 코팅(20)은 적어도 4개의 전기 전도성 층들(21)을 포함하고, 각각의 경우 2개의 유전체 층들 또는 층 시퀀스들 사이에 배열되며,
여기서 모든 전기 전도성 층들(21)의 두께의 합은 최대 30 nm이고, 여기서 전기 전도성 층들(21) 중 적어도 하나는 최대 5 nm의 두께를 갖는다.

Claims (15)
- - 열가소성 중간층(3)을 통해 서로 연결되는 외부 판유리(1) 및 내부 판유리(2)를 포함하는, HUD 영역(B)을 갖는 복합 판유리(10);
- 외부 판유리(1) 또는 내부 판유리(2)의 중간층(3)을 향하는 표면(II, III) 상의 또는 중간층(3) 내의 전기 전도성 코팅(20); 및
- HUD 영역(B)을 향하는 프로젝터(4);
를 적어도 포함하는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치에 있어서,
프로젝터(4)의 방사선은 p-편광되고,
전기 전도성 코팅(20)을 갖는 복합 판유리(10)는 450 nm 내지 650 nm의 전체 스펙트럼 범위에서 p-편광 방사선에 대해 적어도 10 %의 반사율을 가지며,
전기 전도성 코팅(20)은 적어도 4개의 전기 전도성 층들(21)을 포함하고, 각각 2개의 유전체 층들 또는 층 시퀀스들 사이에 배열되며,
모든 전기 전도성 층들(21)의 두께의 합은 최대 30 nm이고, 여기서 전기 전도성 층들(21) 중 적어도 하나는 최대 5 nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 코팅(20)을 갖는 복합 판유리(10)는 450 nm에서 650 nm까지의 전체 스펙트럼 범위에서 p-편광 방사선에 대해 적어도 12%의 반사율을 갖는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
p-편광 방사선에 대한 최대 발생 반사율과 반사율 평균 간의 차이뿐만 아니라 최소 발생 반사율과 반사율 평균 간의 차이가 최대 5%인 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
모든 전기 전도성 층들(21)의 두께의 합이 15 nm 내지 30 nm인 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 층들(21) 중 적어도 하나는 1 nm 내지 3 nm의 두께를 갖는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
나머지 전기 전도성 층(21)의 두께는 최대 10 nm인 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 층들(21)은 은을 기반으로 하는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
유전체 층 시퀀스는 각각 2개의 전기 전도성 층들(21) 사이에 배열되고, 유전체 층 시퀀스는 다음을 포함하는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치:
- 실리콘 질화물(SiN), 실리콘-지르코늄 질화물(SiZrN)과 같은 혼합된 실리콘-금속 질화물, 알루미늄 질화물 (AlN) 또는 주석 산화물(SnO)을 기반으로 하는 반사 방지층(22),
- 주석, 실리콘, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 아연, 갈륨 및 인듐 중 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물을 기반으로 하는 평활화층(23), 및
- 산화 아연을 기반으로 하는 제1 및 제2 매칭층(24, 25).
- 제8항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 코팅은 다음을 포함하는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치:
- 두께가 15 nm 내지 25 nm이고 실리콘 질화물에 기초한 반사 방지층(22.1),
- 두께가 5 nm 내지 15 nm이고 산화 아연에 기초한 제1 매칭층(24.1),
- 두께가 4 nm 내지 8 nm이고 은에 기초한 전기 전도성 층(21.1),
- 두께가 5 nm 내지 15 nm이고 산화 아연에 기초한 제2 매칭층(25.2),
- 두께가 15 nm 내지 25 nm이고 혼합된 실리콘-금속 질화물에 기초한 반사 방지층(22.2),
- 두께가 5 nm 내지 10 nm이고 혼합된 주석-아연 산화물에 기초한 평활화층(23.2),
- 두께가 5 nm 내지 15 nm이고 산화 아연에 기초한 제1 매칭층(24.2),
- 두께가 7 nm 내지 10 nm이고 은에 기초한 전기 전도성 층(21.2),

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
복합 판유리(10)의 외부 표면들(I, IV)은 서로에 대해 실질적으로 평행하게 배열되는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
프로젝터(4)의 방사선이 60°내지 70°의 입사각으로 복합 판유리(10)에 부딪히는 헤드업 디스플레이(HUD)를 위한 프로젝션 장치.
