Claims (7)
- 전극의 형성 방법에 있어서,
기재(base) 위에 활물질층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 활물질층 위에, 상기 활물질층과 접촉하는, 타이타늄 또는 니켈을 포함하는 금속막을 형성하는 단계;
상기 금속막을 형성한 후에 상기 활물질층으로부터 상기 기재를 분리하는 단계; 및
상기 기재를 분리한 후에 접착제로 상기 금속막에 집전체를 부착하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 접착제는 상기 부착 단계에서 스폿상으로 제공되고,
상기 접착제는 절연성 수지를 포함하고,
상기 활물질층은 그래핀 입자를 포함하며,
상기 그래핀 입자는 산화 실리콘막으로 덮인, 전극의 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 집전체는 상기 부착 단계에 의해 상기 금속막 및 상기 활물질층에 전기적으로 접속되는, 전극의 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속막은 스퍼터링 방법에 의해 형성되는, 전극의 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
