Claims (49)
- 흡수성 수지의 원료인 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 수용액을 중합하여 얻어진 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를, 가열 장치를 사용하여 건조하여 입상 건조물을 얻는 건조 공정을 포함하고 있고,
상기 가열 장치가, 그의 내부에 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 중합체를 수용하여 회전하는 회전 용기와, 이 회전 용기의 내부에 위치하고, 그의 축방향으로 연장되고, 또한 이 회전 용기와 함께 회전하는 복수의 가열관을 구비하고 있고,
상기 건조 공정에 제공되는 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체의, 접촉 온도계로 측정되는 겔 온도가 50℃ 이상인 흡수성 수지 분말의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열관에 150℃ 이상의 열매체를 공급하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전 용기의 내표면의 온도가 150℃ 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체가 투입되기 전에, 상기 회전 용기의 내표면의 온도를 150℃ 이상으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입상 건조물을 냉각하는 냉각 공정을 더 갖는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조 공정에 있어서, 상기 회전 용기에 수용된 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체의 가열 건조 중에 첨가제를 첨가하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 표면 가교제인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체가 겔 유동화제를 포함하고 있는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조 공정에 제공되는 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체의 입자 직경 d1이 800㎛ 이하인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 장치의 프루드수 Fr이 0.001 내지 1인 제조 방법.
- 흡수성 수지의 원료인 단량체로부터 얻어지는 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체의 건조 장치로서,
상기 건조 장치가, 그의 내부에 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를 수용하여 회전하는 회전 용기와, 이 회전 용기의 내부에 위치하고, 그의 축방향으로 연장되고, 또한 이 회전 용기와 함께 회전하는 복수의 가열관과, 이 회전 용기의 내부에 가스를 도입 및 배출하는 수단을 구비하고 있고,
상기 가열관의 수가, 5개 이상이며, 이 가열관이, 축방향에 있어서, 상기 회전 용기의 내표면과 접촉하고 있지 않고,
상기 회전 용기의 외주면에, 가열 수단 또는 보온 수단을 갖고 있는 건조 장치. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 회전 용기가, 그의 일단부로부터 타단부를 향하여 경사져 있는 건조 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 회전 용기의 내부에, 적어도 하나의 장벽이 마련되어 있는 건조 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가열관의 외주면의 표면적과 상기 회전 용기의 내주면의 면적의 합인 전열 면적의, 이 회전 용기의 유효 용적에 대한 비(전열 면적/유효 용적)가, 10m-1 이상인 건조 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 회전 용기의 내부에, 이 회전 용기에 수용된 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체에 첨가제를 첨가하기 위한 첨가 수단을, 적어도 하나 이상 갖고 있는 건조 장치.
- 제11항에 기재된 건조 장치를 사용하여, 흡수성 수지의 원료인 단량체로부터 얻어지는 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를 건조하여 입상 건조물을 얻는 건조 방법으로서,
상기 회전 용기 내에 열매체로서 가스를 도입하고, 해당 건조 장치에 투입되는 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체의 겔 온도가 50℃ 이상이며,
상기 회전 용기의 내표면의 온도가 150℃ 이상인 건조 방법. - 제16항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를 연속식으로 건조하는 건조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 건조 장치에 투입되는 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체가 겔 유동화제를 포함하는 건조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체의 함수율이 10 내지 50질량%이며, 이 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체에 표면 가교체를 첨가하는 건조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 회전 용기의 내부의 압력과 대기압의 차가, 0kPa 초과 5kPa 이하인 건조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 회전 용기 내로의 가스의 도입량이, 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체의 고형분 환산에 의한 단위 시간당의 처리량(kg/hr)에 대하여 0.05N㎥/kg 내지 20N㎥/kg인 건조 방법.
- 건조 장치를 포함하는 흡수성 수지 분말의 제조 설비로서,
흡수성 수지의 원료인 단량체로부터 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를 얻는 중합 장치와,
상기 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를 분쇄하여 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를 얻는 겔 분쇄 장치를 구비하고 있고,
상기 건조 장치가, 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를 건조하여 입상 건조물을 얻는 것이며,
상기 건조 장치가, 그의 내부에 상기 입자상 함수 겔상 가교 중합체를 수용하여 회전하는 회전 용기와, 이 회전 용기의 내부에 위치하고, 그의 축방향으로 연장되는 복수의 가열관을 구비하고 있고,
상기 건조 장치가, 상기 회전 용기의 내부에 가스를 도입 및 배출하는 수단을 갖고 있는 흡수성 수지 분말의 제조 설비. - 제22항에 있어서, 상기 입상 건조물을 냉각하는 냉각 장치를 더 구비하고 있는 제조 설비.
