Claims (14)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 물-흡수 중합체 입자의 제조 방법:
i) 물-흡수 중합체 입자의 분류 단계, 언더사이즈는 메시 크기 m1 을 갖는 스크린에 의해 제거됨,
ii) 분류된 중합체 입자의 표면 후가교결합 단계,
iii) 표면 후가교결합 중합체 입자의 분류 단계, 언더사이즈는 메시 크기 m2 를 갖는 스크린에 의해 제거됨, 및
iv) 단계 i) 및 iii) 로부터의 언더사이즈의 재순환 단계,
여기서 단계 i) 의 분류 과정 동안 물-흡수 중합체 입자의 시간 당 처리량은 스크린 영역 ㎡ 당 100 kg/h 이상이고, 단계 i) 의 메시 크기 m1 은 단계 iii) 의 메시 크기 m2 보다 50 ㎛ 이상 큼. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 생성물 분획이 상이한 메시 크기의 둘 이상의 스크린에 의해 단계 i) 및/또는 단계 iii) 에서 제거되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 오버사이즈가 상이한 메시 크기의 둘 이상의 스크린에 의해 단계 i) 및/또는 단계 iii) 에서 제거되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 i) 에서 메시 크기 m1 이 180 ㎛ 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 iii) 에서 메시 크기 m2 가 150 ㎛ 이하인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 물-흡수 중합체 입자가 단계 i) 및/또는 단계 iii) 에서의 분류 동안 40 내지 120 ℃ 의 온도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 i) 및/또는 단계 iii) 에서 분류가 감압 하에 실행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 물-흡수 중합체 입자가 단계 i) 및/또는 단계 iii) 에서 분류 동안 기체 스트림에 의해 흘러가는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 기체 스트림이 40 내지 120 ℃ 의 온도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 기체 스트림이 5 g/kg 미만의 물 함량을 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 물-흡수 중합체 입자가 수성 단량체 용액의 중합에 의해 수득되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 물-흡수 중합체 입자가 50 mol% 이상의 일부 이상 중성화된 중합 아크릴산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 물-흡수 중합체 입자가 단계 ii) 이전에 15 g/g 이상의 원심분리 보유 용량을 갖는 방법.
