Claims (3)
- 이하의 제1 공정부터 제4 공정;
지지체의 표면에 제올라이트의 미세 결정을 부착하는 제1 공정,
상기 미세 결정을 성장시키기 위한 합성 겔을 조제하는 제2 공정,
반응기 내에, 상기 지지체 및 상기 합성 겔을 넣고, 수열 합성을 행하는 제3 공정,
수열 합성된 상기 지지체를 세정하는 제4 공정
으로 이루어지는 상기 지지체의 표면에 제올라이트를 형성하는 제올라이트막의 제조 방법이며,
상기 제3 공정에 있어서, 상기 반응기로서, 항온 장치 내에서 이동 가능하게 배치된 복수의 용기를 사용하여, 상기 항온 장치 내의 온도 및 압력에 의해 상기 수열 합성의 온도 및 압력을 조절하고, 상기 반응기가 상기 항온 장치로 들어가고 나서 나올 때까지의 시간을 설정하여 상기 수열 합성의 반응 시간을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트막의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 조제 설비를 사용하여, 상기 합성 겔을 연속적으로 조제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제4 공정에 있어서, 상기 항온 장치로부터 나온 상기 반응기로부터, 제올라이트막을 갖는 지지체를 순차 취출하여, 연속적으로 세정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트막의 제조 방법.
