Abstract

On propose un procédé de production d’un film de zéolite en continu et efficacement. De la zéolite est formée sur une surface d’un support à l’aide d’un procédé incluant : une première étape consistant à fixer des cristaux fins de zéolite à une surface d’un support ; une deuxième étape consistant à préparer du gel synthétique pour la croissance des cristaux fins ; une troisième étape consistant à placer le support et le gel synthétique dans un réacteur et à réaliser une synthèse hydrothermique ; et une quatrième étape consistant à nettoyer le support soumis à la synthèse hydrothermique, dans lequel dans la troisième étape, des contenants multiples agencés pour pouvoir se déplacer dans un appareil à température constante sont chacun utilisés comme réacteur, la température et la pression pour la synthèse hydrothermique sont ajustées par la température et la pression dans l’appareil à température constante, et le temps de réaction de la synthèse hydrothermique est ajusté en réglant le temps allant du moment où le réacteur entre dans l’appareil à température constante au moment où le réacteur sort de l’appareil à température constante.
