Abstract
Description
支持体の表面にゼオライトの微細結晶を付着する第1工程、
前記微細結晶を成長させるための合成ゲルを調製する第2工程、
反応器内に、前記支持体および前記合成ゲルを入れ、水熱合成を行う第3工程、
水熱合成された前記支持体を洗浄する第4工程、
前記第3工程において、前記反応器として、恒温装置内で移動可能に配置された複数の容器を用い、前記恒温装置内の温度および圧力により前記水熱合成の温度および圧力を調節し、前記反応器が前記恒温装置へ入ってから出てくるまでの時間を設定し前記水熱合成の反応時間を調節することを特徴とする。
第1工程:支持体の表面にゼオライトの微細結晶を付着する工程
第2工程:微細結晶を成長させるための合成ゲルを調製する工程
第3工程:反応器内に、支持体および合成ゲルを入れ、水熱合成を行う工程
第4工程:水熱合成された支持体を洗浄する工程

Claims (3)
- 以下の第1工程から第4工程;
支持体の表面にゼオライトの微細結晶を付着する第1工程、
前記微細結晶を成長させるための合成ゲルを調製する第2工程、
反応器内に、前記支持体および前記合成ゲルを入れ、水熱合成を行う第3工程、
水熱合成された前記支持体を洗浄する第4工程、
からなる前記支持体の表面にゼオライトを形成するゼオライト膜の製造方法であって、
前記第3工程において、前記反応器として、恒温装置内で移動可能に配置された複数の容器を用い、前記恒温装置内の温度および圧力により前記水熱合成の温度および圧力を調節し、前記反応器が前記恒温装置へ入ってから出てくるまでの時間を設定し前記水熱合成の反応時間を調節することを特徴とするゼオライト膜の製造方法。 - 前記第2工程において、少なくとも2つの前記調製設備を使用し、前記合成ゲルを連続的に調製することを特徴する請求項1に記載のゼオライト膜の製造方法。
- 前記第4工程において、前記恒温装置から出された前記反応器から、ゼオライト膜を有する支持体を順次取出し、連続的に洗浄することを特徴する請求項1または2に記載のゼオライト膜の製造方法。
