도 3은 접합-적층에 의해 얻어진 제2 실시태양에 따른 신축성 튜브 스커트의 모식도를 나타낸다.
도 4는 압출-적층에 의해 얻어진 제3 실시태양에 따른 신축성 튜브 스커트의 모식도를 나타낸다.
도 5는 압출-적층에 의해 얻어진 제4 실시태양에 따른 신축성 튜브 스커트의 모식도를 나타낸다.
Claims (16)
- 주 필름(20) 및 장식 필름(30)을 포함하는 신축성 튜브 스커트(10)로서, 상기 장식 필름(30)은 장식 기저층과 밀봉성 외층(33)을 포함하며, 상기 장식 기저층은 상기 주 필름(20)의 적어도 하나의 표면 전부 위에 도포되고 상기 밀봉성 외층(33) 아래에 위치하는 것으로,
상기 신축성 튜브 스커트(10)는, 겹쳐진 측면 이음새(40)와, 주 필름(20)의 밀봉성 외층(33)으로 직접 밀봉된 장식 필름(30)의 밀봉성 외층(33)을 포함하고,
상기 장식 기저층은 상기 겹쳐진 측면 이음새(40) 내에 있으며, 상기 장식 기저층이 베이스 층(31)과 장식(32)을 포함하고,
상기 베이스 층(31)은 상기 장식(32)으로 완전히 덮이고, 상기 장식(32)은 금속성 표면이며, 상기 베이스 층(31)은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이고,
상기 장식(32)은 상기 장식 필름(30)의 밀봉성 외층(33)의 방향을 향하여 위치하고,
상기 주 필름(20)은 블로운(blown) 필름이며, 적어도 하나의 장벽층을 포함하는 다중층 필름인 것인, 신축성 튜브 스커트(10).

상기 주 필름(20)은 상기 장식 필름(30)의 방향을 향하여 위치하는 표면 위에 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 튜브 스커트(10).
- 제1항, 제5항, 제9항, 제10항, 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 신축성 튜브 스커트(10)를 포함하는 신축성 튜브.
- 제1항, 제5항, 제9항, 제10항, 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 신축성 튜브 스커트를 제조하는 방법으로서,
- 상기 주 필름(20)과 상기 장식 필름(30)을 결합시켜 스트립을 형성하는 단계;
- 상기 스트립을 말아 원통형 슬리브를 제조하는 단계;
- 상기 슬리브를 따라 상기 스트립의 마주보는 2개의 종방향 측면을 겹쳐 접합함으로써 측면 이음새(40)를 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 장식 필름(30)의 장식 기저층이 측면 이음새(40) 접합면을 포함하여 상기 주 필름(20)의 적어도 하나의 표면 전부 위에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
