Claims (15)

1. Kompozitna folija (1) za zatvaranje spremnika (10) brtvljenjem kompozitne folije (1) na obodnu brtvenu površinu (11) spremnika (10) ili pokrovnog prstena (12) koji se spaja na spremnik (10), te kompozitna folija (1) sadrži vanjski nosivi sloj (30) izrađen od metalne folije i unutarnju višeslojnu membranu (20) laminiranu na vanjski nosivi sloj (30) pomoću vezujućeg sloja (28), naznačena time što membrana (20) ima strukturu od uzastopnih slojeva izvana prema unutra, koja se sastoji od temeljnog sloja (21) izrađenog od polipropilena, međusloja (23) izrađenog od djelomično kristalnog poliamida i kohezivno lomljivog sloja za ljuštenje (25) izrađenog od polipropilena, polietilena i talka, pri čemu se između međusloja (23) i temeljnog sloja (21) kao i između međusloja (23) i sloja za ljuštenje (25) nalazi vezni sloj (22, 24) izrađen od polipropilena cijepljenog anhidridom maleinske kiseline (MAH-PP), te membrana nadalje ima unutarnji sloj za brtvljenje (26) izrađen od slučajnog kopolimera koji sadrži monomere propilena, etilena i butilena, te je slučajni kopolimer cijepljen s anhidridom maleinske kiseline (MAH), pri čemu točka omekšavanja sloja za brtvljenje (26) leži barem između 15 i 25 °C niže od točke veznih slojeva (22, 24).
2. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što su vezni slojevi (22, 24) izrađeni od homopolimernog polipropilena cijepljenog s anhidridom maleinske kiseline (MAH).
3. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što sloj za brtvljenje (26) ima točku omekšavanja od između 140 i 145°C i vezni slojevi (22, 24) imaju točku omekšavanja od između 160 i 165 °C.
4. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što međusloj (23) ima točku omekšavanja od između 185 i 220 °C.
5. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je temeljni sloj (21) izrađen od homopolimernog polipropilena koji ima točku omekšavanja u rasponu od 155 do 170 °C.
6. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je vezujući sloj (28) koji se nalazi između vanjskog temeljnog sloja (21) i nosivog sloja (30) izrađen od polipropilena cijepljenog anhidridom maleinske kiseline, laka ili ljepila.
7. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je djelomično kristalni poliamid međusloja (23) PA 6.6 ili PA 66.6.
8. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je vanjski nosivi sloj (30) aluminijska folija koja ima debljinu od 20 do 160 µm, naročito 30 do 80 µm.
9. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što temeljni sloj (21) kao i međusloj (23) imaju debljinu od 8 do 12 µm, sloj za ljuštenje (25) ima debljinu od 10 do 18 µm, svaki od vezivnih slojeva (22, 24) su debljine 3,5 do 4,5 µm i sloj za brtvljenje (26) ima debljinu od između 2,8 i 3,2 µm.
10. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što sadržaj talka u kohezivno lomljivom sloju za ljuštenje (25) iznosi između 5 i 49 tež.%.
11. Kompozitna folija (1) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što kohezivno lomljivi sloj za ljuštenje (25) sadrži 5 do 35 tež.% polietilena.
12. Upotreba kompozitne folije (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11 za zatvaranje spremnika (10) brtvljenjem kompozitne folije (1) na obodnu brtvenu površinu (11) spremnika (10) ili pokrovnog prstena (12) koji se spaja na spremnik (10), naznačena time što se brtvena površina (11) sastoji od metala, metalnog oksida, polipropilena ili od polipropilenom modificiranog laka.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju kompozitne folije (1) za zatvaranje spremnika (10) brtvljenjem kompozitne folije (1) na obodnu brtvenu površinu (11) spremnika (10) ili pokrovnog prstena (12) koja se spaja na spremnik (10), te kompozitna folija (1) sadrži vanjski nosivi sloj (30) izrađen od metalne folije i unutarnju višeslojnu membranu (20) laminiranu na vanjski nosivi sloj (30) pomoću vezujućeg sloja (28), pri čemu membrana (20) ima strukturu od uzastopnih slojeva izvana prema unutra koja sadrži temeljni sloj (21) izrađen od polipropilena, međusloj (23) izrađen od djelomično kristalnog poliamida i kohezivno lomljiv sloj za ljuštenje (25) izrađen od polipropilena, polietilena i talka, pri čemu se između međusloja (23) i temeljnog sloja (21) kao i između međusloja (23) i sloja za ljuštenje (25) nalazi vezni sloj (22, 24) izrađen od polipropilena cijepljenog anhidridom maleinske kiseline (MAH-PP), te membrana nadalje ima unutarnji sloj za brtvljenje (26) izrađen od slučajnog kopolimera koji sadrži monomere propilena, etilena i butilena, te je slučajni kopolimer cijepljen s anhidridom maleinske kiseline (MAH), pri čemu točka omekšavanja sloja za brtvljenje (26) leži najmanje između 15 i 25 °C niže od točke veznih slojeva (22, 24), naznačen time što postupak sadrži sljedeće korake: (a) osiguravanje metalne folije kao vanjskog nosivog sloja (30) i osiguravanje granuliranih komponenti koje se koriste za višeslojnu membranu (20), naročito polipropilena, polipropilena cijepljenog anhidridom maleinske kiseline, poliamida, polietilena, talka, anhidrida maleinske kiseline i monomera propilena, etilena i butilena; (b) stvaranje unutarnje višeslojne membrane (20) koekstruzijom, pri čemu se svaki sloj pripravka zagrijava i ekstrudira u zasebnom ekstruderu; (c) nanošenje vezujućeg sloja (28) koji je poželjno izrađen od polipropilena cijepljenog anhidridom maleinske kiseline na membranu (20) i dovođenje u kontakt navedenog vezujućeg sloja (28) s navedenim nosivim slojem (30); (d) zagrijavanje kompozitne folije (1) do temperature aktiviranja između 165 do 175 °C tijekom 1,5 do 3 s kako bi se trajno vezala membrana (20) na nosivi sloj (30).
15. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, naznačen time što je membrana (1) napuhana.
