- 플랙시블 튜브의 내면을 이루는 내측표면층의 제 1열접착층(10)과 외면을 이루는 외측표면층의 제 2열접착층(50)과,튜브내로의 가스투과를 방지하는 내부차단층(30),상기 표면층과 내부차단층을 접착하는 접착수지층(20,40)으로 구성된 시이트의 플랙시블 튜브에 있어서,상기 제1,2열접착층의 기재는 폴리에틸렌으로 적층하고,상기 제 1 접착제층(20)의 수지는 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체를 적층하고,상기 제 2 접착제층(40)의 수지는 에틸렌 공중합체 또는 폴리에틸렌를 적층하며,상기 내부차단층(30)을 알루미늄 박판(301) 과, 접착제층(302)과,플라스틱필름(303)과,접착제층(304)과 접착플라스틱필름(305)을 순차적으로 적층하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트의 플랙시블 튜브.
- 플랙시블 튜브의 내면을 이루는 내측표면층의 제 1열접착층(10)과 외면을 이루는 외측표면층(50)과, 튜브내로의 가스투과를 방지하는 내부차단층(30),상기 내측표면층과 내부차단층을 접착하는 접착수지층(20)으로 구성된 시이트의 플랙시블 튜브에 있어서,상기 제1 열접착층의 기재는 폴리에틸렌으로 적층하고,상기 외측표면층(50)은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌을 압출코팅으로 적층하며,상기 제 1 접착제층(20)의 수지는 에틸렌 아크릴산 공중합체를 적층하고,상기 내부차단층(30)을 알루미늄 박판(301) 과, 접착제층(302)과,플라스틱필름(303)과,접착제층(304)과 접착플라스틱필름(305)을 순차적으로 적층하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 시이트의 플랙시블 튜브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플랙시블 튜브의 튜브체접합(b)를 위해서 고주파 유도가열 또는 초음파 마찰열로 접합하는 시이트의 플랙시블 튜브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내부차단층의 접착플라스틱 필름은 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌,또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 인플레이션 필름으로 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트의 플랙시블 튜브 .
- 제 1 항 내지 제 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내부차단층의 플라스틱 필름은 이축연신 폴리에스테르 필름,이축연신 나이론 필름,이축연신 폴리프로필렌 필름중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트의 플랙시블 튜브.
