Description
도 2 는, 복층형 전기 강판의 판 두께 방향에 있어서의, Si 함유량 프로파일의 예를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 3 은, 표층부와 내층부에 있어서의 Si 함유량의 차 (ΔSi) 와 전체 철손 (W10/1k) 의 상관을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4 는, 표층부와 내층부에 있어서의 Si 함유량의 차 (ΔSi) 와 자속 밀도비 (B1/B10) 의 상관을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5 는, 복층형 전기 강판의 판 두께 : t 에 대한 상기 표층부의 합계 두께 : t1 의 비로서 정의되는 복층비와 전체 철손 (W10/1k) 의 상관을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (2)
- 내층부와, 상기 내층부의 양측에 형성된 표층부로 이루어지는 복층형 전기 강판으로서,
상기 복층형 전기 강판은, Si 함유량이 상이한 강재가 클래드된 강판이고,
상기 표층부가, 질량% 로,
Si : 2.5 ∼ 6.0 %, 그리고
P : 0.01 ∼ 0.1 %, Sn : 0.001 ∼ 0.1 %, 및 Sb : 0.001 ∼ 0.1 % 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2 이상을 함유하고,
잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 갖고,
상기 내층부가, 질량% 로,
Si : 1.5 ∼ 5.0 %, 그리고
P : 0.01 ∼ 0.1 %, Sn : 0.001 ∼ 0.1 %, 및 Sb : 0.001 ∼ 0.1 % 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2 이상을 함유하고,
잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 갖고,
상기 표층부에 있어서의 Si 함유량 : [Si]1 과 상기 내층부에 있어서의 Si 함유량 : [Si]0 의 차 ([Si]1 ― [Si]0) 로서 정의되는 ΔSi 가 0.5 ∼ 4.0 질량% 이고,
상기 표층부에 불가피적 불순물로서 함유되는 Al 의 함유량 : [Al]1 과 상기 내층부에 불가피적 불순물로서 함유되는 Al 의 함유량 : [Al]0 의 차의 절대치 (|[Al]1 ― [Al]0|) 로서 정의되는 ΔAl 이 0.05 질량% 이하이고,
상기 복층형 전기 강판의 판 두께 : t 에 대한 상기 표층부의 합계 두께 : t1 의 비율 (t1/t) 이 0.10 ∼ 0.70 이고,
자계의 강도 : 1000 A/m 에 있어서의 자속 밀도 : B10 이 1.3 T 이상이고,
상기 B10 에 대한, 자계의 강도 : 100 A/m 에 있어서의 자속 밀도 : B1 의 비 (B1/B10) 가 0.45 이상이고, 또한
주파수 : 1 ㎑, 최대 자속 밀도 : 1.0 T 에 있어서의 철손 : W10/1k (W/㎏) 와, 상기 판 두께 : t (㎜) 가, 하기 (1) 식을 만족시키는, 복층형 전기 강판.
W10/1k ≤ 15 + 140 × t … (1) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표층부의 성분 조성과 상기 내층부의 성분 조성 중 어느 일방 또는 양방이, 추가로, 질량% 로,
Mo : 0.001 ∼ 0.1 % 를 함유하는, 복층형 전기 강판.
