Claims (5)
- 하단에 평탄한 저부를 구비하며, 세포를 배양하기 위한 스캐폴드가 충전되는 중공의 공간부를 구비하는 세포배양용기와,
자석 또는 강자성체로 이루어지는 복수의 자성부착체를 주변부에 등간격으로 구비하고 중앙부에 복수의 관통공을 구비하며, 상기 세포배양용기의 중공 공간부 내에 상기 세포배양용기의 내벽과 비접촉 상태에서 수평으로 배치되는, 상기 세포배양용기의 내경보다도 미소한 접시체와,
상기 접시체 각각의 자성부착체를 자력에 의해 끌어당기도록, 상기 접시체 각각의 자성부착체와 대응하는 자석으로 이루어지는 복수의 자성부착체를 구비하며, 상기 세포배양용기의 외측에 위치하여 고리 내부에 상기 세포배양용기를 위치시키고, 윗방향으로 이동함으로써 자력에 의해 연동하여 상기 접시체를 윗방향으로 이동시켜 상기 세포배양용기의 중공 공간부 내에 충전된 스캐폴드를 아래쪽으로부터 밀어 올리고, 아랫방향으로 이동함으로써 자력에 의해 연동하여 상기 접시체를 아랫방향으로 이동시켜, 상기 세포배양용기의 중공 공간부 내에 충전된 스캐폴드를 중력 낙하시키는, 상하 방향으로 이동하는 환상체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포배양장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접시체 각각의 자성부착체는 자석이며, 각각의 자석은 한쪽 극을 용기 외측방향으로 향하게 하여 상기 접시체에 배치되며,
상기 환상체 각각의 자석은 상기 접시체의 자석과 대응하도록, 다른 쪽 극을 용기 내측 방향으로 향하게 하여 상기 환상체에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 세포배양용기는, 그 저부 중앙부에 위쪽으로 돌출하는 내부가 공간부인 저부 볼록부를 구비함과 더불어, 배양된 세포에 상하 방향의 진동을 가하는 진동장치의 진동부가 끼워지는, 상기 저부 볼록부에 대응하는 형상의 저부 오목부를 상기 저부 중앙부에 구비하며,
상기 접시체는, 상기 세포배양용기의 저부 볼록부가 끼워지는 접시 오목부를 그 하면 중앙부에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 세포배양용기 내에 충전되는 스캐폴드는, 복수의 세포 지지 소편의 집합체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포배양장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
