Claims (16)
- 서로 이웃하는 제1 화소 및 제2 화소를 포함하고,
상기 제1 화소 및 상기 제2 화소 각각은,
공통 전압이 인가되는 공통 전극; 및
데이터 전압이 인가되고, 가로 줄기부, 세로 줄기부, 및 가지부를 포함하는 화소 전극을 포함하고,
상기 가지부는,
상기 가로 줄기부 및 상기 세로 줄기부로부터 제1 대각선 방향으로 연장되어 위치한 제1 가지부; 및
상기 가로 줄기부 및 상기 세로 줄기부로부터 제2 대각선 방향으로 연장되어 위치한 제2 가지부를 포함하고,
한 프레임 기간은 고계조 영상을 표시하는 제1 서브 프레임 기간 및 저계조 영상을 표시하는 제2 서브 프레임 기간을 포함하고,
상기 제 1화소는,
상기 제1 서브 프레임 기간 동안 제1 데이터 전압을 인가받고, 상기 제2 서브 프레임 기간 동안 제3 데이터 전압을 인가받으며,
상기 제2 화소는,
상기 제1 서브 프레임 기간 동안 제2 데이터 전압을 인가받고, 상기 제2 서브 프레임 기간 동안 제4 데이터 전압을 인가받으며,

상기 제1 서브 프레임 기간 동안, 상기 제 1 화소에 제1 데이터 전압을 인가하고, 상기 제2 화소에 제2 데이터 전압을 인가하는 단계;
상기 제2 서브 프레임 기간 동안, 상기 제1 화소에 제3 데이터 전압을 인가하고, 상기 제2 화소에 제4 데이터 전압을 인가하는 단계;
