Claims (14)
- 적어도 하나의 극성이 다르게 형성되는 적색, 녹색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀들과,상기 액정셀의 극성에 대응하여 용량값이 결정되는 스토리지캐패시터를 구비하고,상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 극성은 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 극성과 반대이며, 상기 액정셀의 2개의 데이터라인 단위로 액정셀의 극성이 반전되고, 상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 스토리지캐패시터의 용량값은 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 스토리지캐패시터의 용량값보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정셀들의 스토리지캐패시터는 스토리지라인과, 절연층을 사이에 두고 스토리지라인과 중첩되는 화소전극으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 화소전극과 중첩되는 스토리지라인의 면적은 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 화소전극과 중첩되는 스토리지라인의 면적보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 화소전극과 스토리지라인 사이에 형성되는 절연층의 두께는 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 화소전극과 스토리지라인 사이에 형성되는 절연층의 두께보다 두껍게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정셀들의 스토리지캐패시터는 게이트라인과, 절연층을 사이에 두고 게이트라인과 중첩되는 화소전극으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 화소전극과 중첩되는 게이트라인의 면적은 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 화소전극과 중첩되는 게이트라인의 면적보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 화소전극과 게이트라인 사이에 형성되는 절연층의 두께는 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 화소전극과 게이트라인 사이에 형성되는 절연층의 두께보다 두껍게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정셀들의 스토리지캐패시터는 게이트라인과, 절연층을 사이에 두고 게이트라인과 중첩되는 스토리지전극으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 스토리지전극과 중첩되는 게이트라인의 면적은 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 스토리지전극과 중첩되는 게이트라인의 면적보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 게이트라인과 중첩되는 스토리지전극의 면적은 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 게이트라인과 중첩되는 스토리지전극의 면적보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 녹색을 구현하는 액정셀의 게이트라인과 스토리지전극 사이에 형성되는 절연층의 두께는 상기 적색 및 청색을 구현하는 액정셀의 게이트라인과 스토리지전극 사이에 형성되는 절연층의 두께보다 두껍게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정셀의 극성에 따라 용량값이 달라지는 스토리지캐패시터는 윈도우즈 셧다운(Windows Shutdown) 패턴에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
