Claims (12)
- 박의 표면의 L*a*b* 표색계(color space)(SCI방식)에 있어서의 L*치가, 한쪽의 면이 86.58∼88.00이고, 다른 한쪽의 면이 87.00∼96.00이며, 양면의 L*치의 차이가 9.00 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해알루미늄박.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 한쪽의 면의 L*a*b* 표색계(SCI방식)에 있어서의 a*치가 1.00 이하이고 b*치가 5.00 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해알루미늄박. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 한쪽의 면의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.50㎛ 이상이며, L*a*b* 표색계(SCI방식)에 있어서의 L*치가 87.00∼90.00인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해알루미늄박. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 한쪽의 면의 L*a*b* 표색계(SCI방식)에 있어서의 a*치가 1.00 이하이고 b*치가 5.00 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해알루미늄박. - 도금액에 일부가 침지된 회전하는 음극 드럼과, 도금액에 침지된 양극판의 사이에 전류를 인가함으로써, 음극 드럼의 도금액에 침지된 표면에 알루미늄 피막을 형성한 후, 음극 드럼의 회전에 의해 액면으로부터 위로 올라간 알루미늄 피막을 음극 드럼으로부터 박리 하는 것에 의한 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전해알루미늄박의 제조방법으로서, 알루미늄 피막을 음극 드럼으로부터 박리하여 전해알루미늄박을 얻을 때의 처리분위기의 노점을 -56.2℃ 이하로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해알루미늄박의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
도금액이, 디알킬술폰, 알루미늄 할로겐화물, 함질소 화합물을 적어도 포함하는 도금액인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해알루미늄박의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
함질소 화합물이, 할로겐화 암모늄, 제1 아민의 할로겐화 수소염, 제2 아민의 할로겐화 수소염, 제3 아민의 할로겐화 수소염, 일반식:R1R2R3R4N·X(R1∼R4는 동일 또는 다른 알킬기, X는 제4 암모늄 양이온에 대한 카운터 음이온을 나타냄)로 표시되는 제4 암모늄염, 함질소 방향족 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해알루미늄박의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전해알루미늄박으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 디바이스용 집전체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전해알루미늄박에 전극 활물질을 담지시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 디바이스용 전극.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 축전 디바이스용 전극을 이용하여 구성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 디바이스.
