상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판의 가장자리에 위치하며, 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판을 접착시키는 씰런트를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 씰런트는 디엔 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 디엔 화합물은 하기 화학식 1:

상기 액정층의 배향을 위해서 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 중 적어도 하나의 기판에 구비된 말레이미드기를 포함한 배향막; 및
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판의 가장자리에 위치하며, 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판을 접착시키는 씰런트를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 씰런트는 디엔 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 씰런트의 디엔 화합물은 제1 파장 범위의 UV에 의해 상기 배향막의 말레이미드기와 화학 결합할 수 있고,
상기 배향막을 구성하는 화합물은 상기 제1 파장 범위와 중첩되지 않는 제2 파장 범위의 UV에 의해서 배향방향이 결정되는 액정 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 서로 마주하는 제1 기판과 제2 기판;
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 구비된 액정층;
상기 액정층의 배향을 위해서 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 중 적어도 하나의 기판에 구비된 배향막; 및
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판의 가장자리에 위치하며, 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판을 접착시키는 씰런트를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 씰런트는 디엔 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 씰런트는 에폭시수지를 더 포함하고, 상기 배향막은 아미드산을 포함하고,
상기 씰런트와 상기 배향막은 서로 접촉하고 있고, 상기 씰런트와 상기 배향막의 접촉면은 상기 에폭시 수지와 상기 아미드산의 COOH기가 반응하여 생성된 COO결합을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
