Claims (5)
- 고수축 폴리에스테르 수지로 5각 이상의 다각 단면으로 형성되는 심사와, 편평도가 5이상의 편평단면을 갖는 효과사로 형성되되,
상기 심사와 효과사의 수축율 차이는 19~21%이고, 심사와 효과사의 중량비는 50:50 내지 60:40이며, 상기 심사는 모노 섬도가 2~5데니어이고, 효과사는 모노 섬도 0.5~3 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 감성적 및 기능적 특성이 우수한 이수축 폴리에스테르 복합사. - 삭제

- 심사는 고수축 폴리에스테르 수지로 5각 이상의 다각 단면으로, 효과사는 편평도가 5이상의 편평단면으로 방사하는 방사단계;
상기 심사 및 효과사를 연신하는 연신단계;
연신된 심사 및 효과사 공기 교락을 통해 합사하는 교락단계 및
교락된 복합사를 권취하는 권취단계를 포함하되,
상기 심사와 효과사의 수축율 차이는 19~21%이고, 심사와 효과사의 중량비는 50:50 내지 60:40이며, 상기 심사는 모노 섬도가 2~5데니어이고, 효과사는 모노 섬도 0.5~3 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 감성적 및 기능적 특성이 우수한 이수축 폴리에스테르 복합사 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 방사단계에서 상기 심사와 효과사는 복합 방사구금을 통해 심사와 효과사를 동시에 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감성적 및 기능적 특성이 우수한 이수축 폴리에스테르 복합사 제조방법.
