20 : 저배향 멀티필라멘트사
200 : 공기교락장치
300 : 용융방사장치

Claims (4)
- 고배향 멀티필라멘트사(10)를 방사속도 3,600 ~ 4,200 m/min으로 용융방사하는 제 1 단계(S100);
저배향 멀티필라멘트사(20)를 방사속도 2,200 ~ 2,800 m/min으로 용융방사하는 제 2 단계(S200);
상기 고배향 멀티필라멘트사(10)를 가연 및 열연신하는 제 3 단계(S300);
상기 저배향 멀티필라멘트사(20)를 가연 및 열연신하는 제 4 단계(S400);
상기 제 3 단계(S300)에서 가연 및 열연신된 고배향 멀티필라멘트사(10)와 상기 제 4 단계(S400)에서 가연 및 열연신된 저배향 멀티필라멘트사(20)를 공기교락하여 합사하는 제 5 단계(S500); 및
상기 제 5 단계(S500)에서 합사된 고배향 멀티필라멘트사(10)와 저배향 멀티필라멘트사(20)를 열처리하는 제 6 단계(S600);를 포함하되,
상기 고배향 멀티필라멘트사(10)와 저배향 멀티필라멘트사(20)의 총섬도의 차이는 80 ~ 350 데니어이고, 신도의 차이는 50 ~ 150 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜란지톤의 발현이 우수한 복합가연사(100)의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고배향 멀티필라멘트사(10) 및 저배향 멀티필라멘트사(20)는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 나일론 6 인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜란지톤의 발현이 우수한 복합가연사(100)의 제조방법.
