Claims (4)
- 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT)와 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)로 형성된 사이드 바이 사이드형의 부분연신사를 심사로, 이형단면의 폴리에스테르 부분연신사를 효과사로 공급하는 사공급단계;
상기 심사와 효과사를 공기교락을 통한 합사하여 복합사로 형성시키는 합사단계;
합사된 복합사를 150~180℃에서 연신하면서 가연하는 연신가연단계;
가연된 복합사를 해연하는 해연단계를 포함하되,
상기 해연단계 후의 효과사의 잔류신도는 20~50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건 및 신축성을 갖는 면조 폴리에스테르 복합사 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연신가연단계에서 연신비는 1.5~2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건 및 신축성을 갖는 면조 폴리에스테르 복합사 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건 및 신축성을 갖는 면조 폴리에스테르 복합사.
