Abstract
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 폴리에스터 복합사는 태세복합 부분배향사와 원형단면 완전연신사를 사용하여 폴리에스터 복합사를 1단계로 생산하므로 생산 공정이 간단하고 작업성 측면에서 유리하며, 보온성과 터치감이 우수하고 은은한 색채감을 가지며 특히 소모조 느낌이 우수한 소모조용 폴리에스터 복합사를 제공하는 유용한 발명이다.

Claims (6)
- 원형 단면을 갖는 완전연신사를 심사로 하고, 태섬 및 세섬도의 원형 단면을 갖는 부분배향사를 초사로 하여 심부의 완전연신사를 초부의 태섬 및 세섬도 부분 배향사가 그 둘레를 둘러싸서 소모조 느낌이 되도록 하는 소모조용 폴리에스터 복합사의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 태세 복합 원형 단면 부분배향사에서는, 태섬부의 직경이 세섬부 대비 1.2 내지 2.0배인 것을 사용하고, 태섬부 홀수는 세섬부 대비 50 내지 80% 이 되어야 하며, 방사속도 대비 권취속도는 1.2 내지 1.4배인 것을 특징으로 하는 소모조용 폴리에스터 복합사의 제조방법. - 삭제
