Claims (20)
- 제1 방향으로 절곡되는 곡면표시장치는,
다수의 신호 배선, 상기 다수의 신호 배선을 커버하는 절연층, 상기 절연층 상에 구비된 화소 전극, 상기 다수의 신호 배선 중 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향으로 연장된 신호 배선을 따라 배치되고 상기 화소 전극과 전기적으로 절연된 쉴딩 전극을 포함하는 제1 기판;
상기 제1 기판과 마주하고, 공통 전극을 포함하는 제2 기판; 및
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 개재된 광 제어층을 포함하고,
상기 신호 배선들은,
상기 제1 방향으로 연장된 게이트 라인들; 및
상기 제2 방향으로 연장된 데이터 라인들을 포함하고,
상기 쉴딩 전극은 상기 데이터 라인들을 따라 구비되며,
상기 제2 기판은 오직 상기 게이트 라인들을 따라 연장된 블랙 매트릭스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쉴딩 전극은 상기 공통 전극과 동일 전위를 갖는 전압을 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광 제어층은 네가티브 타입 액정분자들 포함하는 액정층인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치.

상기 블랙 매트릭스는 상기 제1 서브화소전극과 상기 제2 서브화소전극 사이의 경계에서 상기 제1 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 서브화소전극은 상기 제2 방향을 따라 배열된 적어도 2개의 도메인으로 구분되고,
상기 적어도 2개의 도메인의 액정 배향 방향은 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제2 서브화소전극은 상기 제2 방향을 따라 배열된 적어도 두 개의 도메인으로 구분되고,
상기 적어도 2개의 도메인의 액정 배향 방향은 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 방향은 상기 제2 방향과 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 라인들 각각은,
상기 제2 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 제1 서브화소전극과 전기적으로 연결된 제1 데이터 라인; 및
상기 제2 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 제2 서브화소전극과 전기적으로 연결된 제2 데이터 라인을 포함하고,
상기 쉴딩 전극은 상기 제1 및 제2 데이터 라인을 따라 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 쉴딩 전극은 상기 제1 및 제2 데이터 라인의 간격보다 큰 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면표시장치.
