Abstract
[해결 수단] C: 0.04∼0.20%, Si: 0.6∼1.5%, Mn: 1.0∼3.0%, P: 0.10% 이하, S: 0.030% 이하, Al: 0.10% 이하, N: 0.010% 이하를 함유하고, Ti, Nb, V의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 각각 0.01∼1.0%를 함유하고, 잔부는 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 조직은, 면적율로, 페라이트가 50% 이상이며, 강판 표면으로부터 판 두께 깊이 방향으로 50㎛의 위치에서의 평균 입경이 3000×[인장 강도 TS(MPa)]-0.85㎛ 이하이며, 강 중에 석출한 입자 지름 20nm 미만의 석출물 중의 C량이 0.010질량% 이상, 석출 Fe량(세멘타이트로서 석출한 Fe량)이 0.03∼1.0질량%이며, 산술 평균 거칠기 Ra가 3.0㎛ 이하이다.

Claims (14)
- 성분 조성은, 질량%로, C: 0.04∼0.20%,
Si: 0.6∼1.5%,
Mn: 1.0∼3.0%,
P: 0.10% 이하,
S: 0.030% 이하,
Al: 0.10% 이하,
N: 0.010% 이하를 함유하고,
Ti, Nb, V의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 각각 0.01∼1.0%를 함유하고, 잔부는 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고,
조직은, 면적율로, 페라이트가 50% 이상이며,
강판 표면으로부터 판 두께 깊이 방향으로 50㎛의 위치에서의 평균 입경이 3000×[인장 강도 TS(MPa)]-0.85㎛ 이하이며,
강 중에 석출한 입자 지름 20nm 미만의 석출물 중의 C량이 0.010질량% 이상, 석출 Fe량이 0.03∼1.0질량%이며,
산술 평균 거칠기 Ra가 3.0㎛ 이하이고,
임계 굽힘 반경/판 두께의 값이 3.0 이하인 고강도 강판.
단, 상기 석출 Fe량이란 세멘타이트로서 석출한 Fe량이다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성에 더하여, 하기 A군(群)∼E군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1군을 함유하는 고강도 강판.
A군: 질량%로, Mo, Ta, W의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 각각 0.005∼0.50% 함유
B군: 질량%로, Cr, Ni, Cu의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 각각 0.01∼1.0% 함유
C군: 질량%로, Ca, REM의 1종 또는 2종을 각각 0.0005∼0.01% 함유
D군: 질량%로, Sb: 0.005∼0.050% 함유
E군: 질량%로, B: 0.0005∼0.0030% 함유 - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
강판 표면에 도금층을 가지는 고강도 강판. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 기재된 성분 조성을 가지는 강 슬라브에 대하여, 주조 후, 직송 압연 또는 1200℃ 이상으로 재가열하고,
계속하여, 조압연 후, 마무리 압연 전에, 충돌압을 3MPa 이상으로 하는 디스케일링을 실시하고, 950℃ 이하의 누적 압하율을 0.7 이상, 마무리 압연 출측 온도를 800℃ 이상으로 하는 열간 압연을 실시하고,
계속하여, 마무리 압연 종료 후 서랭 개시까지 냉각수의 최대 충돌압 5kPa 이상, 평균 냉각 속도 30℃/s 이상으로 하는 냉각수에 의한 급랭을 실시하고,
계속하여, 서랭 개시 온도 550∼750℃로부터, 평균 냉각 속도 10℃/s 미만, 서랭 시간 1∼10s로 서랭을 실시하고,
계속하여, 권취 온도 350℃ 이상 530℃ 미만까지, 평균 냉각 속도 10℃/s 이상으로 냉각하고,
권취 온도 350℃ 이상 530℃ 미만으로 권취하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
또한, 상기 권취 후, 산세를 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
또한, 상기 산세 후, 균열 온도 750℃ 이하의 소둔을 실시하고, 계속하여, 용융 도금 처리하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
또한, 용융 도금 처리 후, 합금화 처리 온도 460∼600℃, 유지 시간 1s 이상으로 합금화 처리를 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
또한, 상기 산세 후, 전기 도금 처리하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 권취 처리 후, 판 두께 감소율 0.1∼3.0%의 가공을 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 산세 처리 후, 판 두께 감소율 0.1∼3.0%의 가공을 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 용융 도금 처리 후, 판 두께 감소율 0.1∼3.0%의 가공을 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 합금화 처리 후, 판 두께 감소율 0.1∼3.0%의 가공을 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 전기 도금 처리 후, 판 두께 감소율 0.1∼3.0%의 가공을 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 기재된 고강도 강판에 대하여, 도금 처리하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
