Claims (11)
- 인장 강도가, 1180 ㎫ 이상이고,
표면의 산술 평균 거칠기 (Ra) 가, 2.00 ㎛ 이하이고,
질량% 로, C : 0.09 % 이상 0.20 % 이하, Si : 0.2 % 이상 2.0 % 이하, Mn : 1.0 % 이상 3.0 % 이하, P : 0.100 % 이하, S : 0.0100 % 이하, Al : 0.01 % 이상 2.00 % 이하, N : 0.010 % 이하, Ti : 0.001 % 이상 0.030 % 미만, 및, B : 0.0005 % 이상 0.0200 % 이하를 함유하고, 또한 Cr : 0.10 % 이상 1.50 % 이하, Mo : 0.05 % 이상 0.45 % 이하, Nb : 0.005 % 이상 0.060 % 이하, 및, V : 0.05 % 이상 0.50 % 이하로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성과,
상부 베이나이트상 및 제 2 상을 포함하는 마이크로 조직을 갖고,
상기 상부 베이나이트상의 면적률이, 50 % 이상 90 % 미만이고,
상기 상부 베이나이트상의 평균 입경이, 12.0 ㎛ 이하이고,
상기 제 2 상은, 하부 베이나이트상 및/또는 템퍼드 마텐자이트상, 프레시 마텐자이트상, 그리고, 잔류 오스테나이트상으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종이고,
상기 제 2 상의 면적률이, 10 % 이상 50 % 미만이고,
원 상당 직경이 0.5 ㎛ 이상인 상기 제 2 상의 둘레 길이가, 300,000 ㎛/㎟ 이상인, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은, 추가로, 질량% 로, Cu : 0.01 % 이상 0.50 % 이하, 및, Ni : 0.01 % 이상 0.50 % 이하로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하는, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은, 추가로, 질량% 로, Sb : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0300 % 이하를 함유하는, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은, 추가로, 질량% 로, Sb : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0300 % 이하를 함유하는, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은, 추가로, 질량% 로, Ca : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하, Mg : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하, 및, REM : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하는, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은, 추가로, 질량% 로, Ca : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하, Mg : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하, 및, REM : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하는, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은, 추가로, 질량% 로, Ca : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하, Mg : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하, 및, REM : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하는, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은, 추가로, 질량% 로, Ca : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하, Mg : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하, 및, REM : 0.0002 % 이상 0.0100 % 이하로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하는, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
표면에 도금층을 갖는, 고강도 열연 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고강도 열연 강판을 제조하는 방법으로서,
제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 강 소재를, 1150 ℃ 이상으로 가열하고,
상기 가열한 상기 강 소재를 조압연함으로써 조압연판을 얻고,
상기 조압연판에, 2.5 ㎫ 이상의 충돌압으로, 고압수 디스케일링을 실시하고,
상기 고압수 디스케일링을 실시한 상기 조압연판을 (RC - 100) ℃ 이상 (RC + 100) ℃ 이하의 마무리 압연 종료 온도에서 마무리 압연함으로써 마무리 압연판을 얻고, 단, RC 는 하기 식 (1) 로 정의되고,
상기 마무리 압연판을 20 ℃/s 이상의 평균 냉각 속도로 (Bs - 150) ℃ 이상 Bs ℃ 이하의 냉각 정지 온도까지 냉각하고, 단, Bs 는 하기 식 (2) 로 정의되고, 또한, 상기 마무리 압연 종료 온도가 RC ℃ 이상인 경우에는 상기 마무리 압연의 종료로부터 상기 냉각의 개시까지의 시간이 2.0 s 이하이고,
상기 냉각된 상기 마무리 압연판을, 상기 냉각 정지 온도에서 권취하고,
상기 권취한 상기 마무리 압연판을 0.10 ℃/min 이상의 평균 냉각 속도로 (Bs - 300) ℃ 까지 냉각하는, 고강도 열연 강판의 제조 방법.
(1) RC = 850 + 100 × C + 100 × N + 10 × Mn + 700 × Ti + 5000 × B + 10 × Cr + 50 × Mo + 2000 × Nb + 150 × V
(2) Bs = 830 - 270 × C - 90 × Mn - 70 × Cr - 37 × Ni - 83 × Mo
단, 상기 식 중의 각 원소 기호는, 상기 성분 조성에 있어서의 각 원소의 질량% 에서의 함유량을 나타낸다. 상기 성분 조성이 함유하지 않는 원소의 경우, 상기 식 중의 원소 기호를 0 으로 하여 계산한다. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 권취 후에 상기 냉각된 상기 마무리 압연판에 도금 처리를 실시하는, 고강도 열연 강판의 제조 방법.
