Description
도 2는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 표시장치의 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 3은 도 2에서 보여지는 터치 패널의 배면 일부에 대한 개략적인 평면도이다.
도 4는 도 3에서 보여지는 터치 패널에서의 터치 배선과 FPC와의 본딩 구조를 보여주는 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 표시장치의 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 6은 도 5에서 보여지는 터치 패널의 배면 일부에 대한 개략적인 평면도이다.
도 7은 도 6에서 보여지는 터치 패널에서의 터치 배선과 FPC와의 본딩 구조를 보여주는 개략적인 단면도이다.

Claims (10)
- 표시패널과;
상기 표시패널 상에 위치하는 접착물질층과;
상기 접착물질층 상에 위치하고, 베이스 필름과, 상기 베이스 필름의 하부면 및 상부면에 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2 터치 전극과, 상기 베이스 필름의 하부면 가장자리에 형성되어 상기 제 1 터치 전극을 덮는 절연패턴을 포함하는 터치패널과;
상기 터치패널 상부의 커버글래스를 포함하며,
상기 베이스 필름 하부면의 가장자리에는 상기 제 1 터치 전극에 연결되는 터치 배선이 형성되고, 상기 절연패턴은 상기 터치 배선의 일단을 노출시키며,
상기 노출된 터치 배선에 FPC가 연결되는 터치 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연패턴의 두께는 상기 접착물질층의 두께보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 FPC는 베이스와 상기 베이스의 일면에 형성되어 상기 터치 배선과 접촉하는 이방성 도전 필름을 포함하고, 상기 FPC는 노출된 터치 배선을 완전히 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 절연패턴은 제 1 두께를 갖고, 상기 이방성 도전 필름은 상기 제 1 두께와 같거나 이보다 큰 제 2 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 두께는 5~10㎛이고, 상기 제 2 두께는 5~20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연패턴은 아크릴계 레진으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 터치 전극은 상기 베이스 필름의 중앙에서 인듐-틴-옥사이드(indium-tin-oxide, ITO)의 단일층 구조를 갖고, 상기 베이스 필름의 가장자리에서 상기 인듐-틴-옥사이드(indium-tin-oxide, ITO)와 저저항 금속물질의 이중층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 터치패널과 상기 커버글래스를 부착시키기 위한 접착필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접착물질층은 상기 터치패널보다 작은 평면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 표시장치.
