- 4 내지 8.5, 유리하게 4 내지 7 의 CA 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, A 로 나타내는 폴리아미드;
- 7 내지 10, 유리하게 7.5 내지 9.5 의 CB 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, B 로 나타내는 폴리아미드;
- 9 내지 18, 유리하게 10 내지 18 의 CC 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, C 로 나타내는 폴리아미드로부터 선택되고;
상기 외부 층 (2) 이 적어도 세개의 폴리아미드들을 포함할 때에, 상기 폴리아미드들 (A, B 및 C) 의 적어도 하나는 배제되는 단서를 갖는다.
Description
Claims (16)
- 내측으로부터 외향으로, PPA 로 제조된 적어도 하나의 내부 배리어 층 (1) 및 상기 배리어 층 위에 위치된 적어도 하나의 외부 층 (2) 을 포함하는 연료들을 이송하기 위해 의도된 다층 관상 구조 (MLT) 로서,
상기 배리어 층 위에 위치된 상기 적어도 하나의 외부 층 (2) 은 상기 외부 층 (2) 의 조성의 총 중량에 대해 평균으로 0 내지 5% 의 가소제를 포함하거나, 또는 상기 배리어 층 위에 위치된 모든 층들은 평균으로 0 내지 5% 의 가소제를 포함하고,
상기 외부 층 (2) 은 지방족 타입의 폴리아미드를 50 중량% 초과의 비율로 포함하거나 또는 75% 초과의 지방족 유닛들로 이루어진 폴리아미드를 포함하고,
지방족의 상기 폴리아미드는:
- 4 내지 8.5 의 CA 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, A 로 나타내는 폴리아미드;
- 7 내지 10 의 CB 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, B 로 나타내는 폴리아미드;
- 9 내지 18 의 CC 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, C 로 나타내는 폴리아미드로부터 선택되고;
상기 외부 층 (2) 이 적어도 세개의 폴리아미드들을 포함할 때, 상기 폴리아미드들 (A, B 및 C) 의 적어도 하나는 배제되고,
상기 다층 관상 구조는 다음의 순서로 두개의 층들을 포함하고:
(2)//(1),
상기 외부 층 (2) 은 각각의 층의 조성의 총 중량에 대해 1.5 중량% 보다 많지 않은 가소제를 포함하는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 층 (2) 은 상기 외부 층 (2) 의 조성의 총 중량에 대해 0 내지 1.5% 의 가소제를 포함하는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배리어 층 위에 위치된 적어도 하나의 제 2 외부 층 (2') 이 존재하고, 상기 외부 층 (2) 위에 위치되고, 상기 제 2 외부 층 (2') 은 가소화되고, 상기 가소제는 상기 제 2 외부 층의 조성의 총 중량에 대해 1.5% 내지 15% 의 비율로 존재하고, 상기 제 2 외부 층 (2') 의 두께는 상기 관상 구조의 총 두께의 최대 20% 인, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 외부 층 (2') 은 최외부 층 및 가소화된 유일한 층이고, 상기 외부 층(들) (2) 은 가소제를 포함하지 않는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 층 (3) 이 존재하고,
상기 층 (3) 은 바인더의 층이고, 상기 바인더의 층의 두께는 상기 다층 관상 구조 (MLT) 의 최대 15% 를 나타내거나,
또는,
상기 층 (3) 은 상기 층 (3) 의 성분들의 총 중량에 대해 15 중량% 보다 많지 않은 가소제를 포함하고,
상기 층 (3) 은 지방족 타입의 폴리아미드를 50 중량% 초과의 비율로 포함하거나 또는 75% 초과의 지방족 유닛들로 이루어진 폴리아미드를 포함하고, 지방족의 상기 폴리아미드는:
- 4 내지 8.5 의 CA 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, A 로 나타내는 폴리아미드;
- 7 내지 10 의 CB 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, B 로 나타내는 폴리아미드;
- 9 내지 18 의 CC 로 나타내는 질소 원자 당 탄소 원자들의 평균수를 갖는, C 로 나타내는 폴리아미드로부터 선택되고;
상기 층 (3) 이 적어도 세개의 폴리아미드들을 포함할 때에, 상기 폴리아미드들 (A, B 및 C) 의 적어도 하나는 배제되고,
상기 층 (3) 은 상기 외부 층 (2) 과 상기 배리어 층 (1) 사이에 위치되는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 층 (2) 의 폴리아미드는 전체적으로 지방족의 폴리아미드인, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 층 (2) 의 상기 폴리아미드는 B 또는 C 로부터 선택된 폴리아미드, B 또는 C 로부터 선택된 폴리아미드들로 이루어진 코폴리아미드들 및 상기 B 또는 C 로부터 선택된 상기 폴리아미드들 또는 상기 코폴리아미드들의 혼합물이고, 락탐으로부터 얻어진 상기 폴리아미드들은 세척되는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배리어 층 (1) 의 상기 PPA 는 전도성인, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 층 (3) 의 상기 폴리아미드는 2성분 혼합물들: PA6 및 PA12, PA6 및 PA612, PA6 및 PA610, PA12 및 PA612, PA12 및 PA610, PA1010 및 PA612, PA1010 및 PA610, PA1012 및 PA612, PA1012 및 PA610, 및 3성분 혼합물들: PA6, PA610 및 PA12; PA6, PA612 및 PA12; PA6, PA614 및 PA12 로부터 선택되는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 층 (2) 또는 상기 층 (3) 의 적어도 하나는 적어도 하나의 임팩트 조절제 (impact modifier) 및/또는 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 포함하는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 관상 구조는 다음의 순서로 세개의 층들을 포함하고:
(2')//(2)//(1),
상기 제 2 외부 층 (2') 은 상기 제 2 외부 층 (2') 의 조성의 총 중량에 대해 0 내지 1.5% 의 가소제를 포함하는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 관상 구조는 다음의 순서로 세개의 층들을 포함하고:
(2)//(3)//(1),
상기 층 (3) 은 가소제를 포함하거나, 또는 바인더의 층이 아닐 때에 상기 층 (3) 은 가소제를 포함하지 않는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 관상 구조는 다음의 순서로 층들을 포함하고:
(2')//(2)//(3)//(1),
상기 층 (3) 은 가소제를 포함하거나, 또는 상기 층 (3) 은 가소제를 포함하지 않는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 및 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 관상 구조는 연료들의 이송을 위해 사용되는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT). - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 및 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다층 관상 구조는 압출물들 테스트를 충족시키도록 사용되고,
상기 테스트는 FAM B 타입의 알코올-포함 휘발유로 상기 다층 관상 구조 (MLT) 을 충전하고 96 시간 동안 60℃ 로 모든 것을 가열하고, 그후 비이커 내에 모든 것을 여과함으로써 상기 다층 관상 구조를 비우고, 그후 실온에서 증발하도록 상기 비이커에 여과액을 놓아 두어 이러한 잔여물의 최종 중량을 측정하는 것으로 이루어지고, 상기 잔여물의 비율은 튜브 내부 표면적의 6 g/㎡ 이하이여만 하는, 다층 관상 구조 (MLT).
