Claims (11)
- (A) (A1) 폴리아미드 수지 30 내지 99.9 중량% 및 (A2) 폴리올레핀 수지 0.1 내지 70 중량%를 포함하는 기초 수지 100 중량부;상기 기초 수지 100 중량부에 대하여,(B) 올레핀계 올리고머 3 내지 30 중량부; 및(C) 층상 점토 화합물 0.5 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 수지는 50 내지 99.9 중량% 및 상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 0.1 내지 50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 수지는 폴리카프로락탐(폴리아미드 6), 폴리(11-아미노운데칸산)(폴리아미드 11), 폴리라우릴락탐(폴리아미드 12), 폴리4,6-테트라메틸렌디아민 아디프산(폴리아미드 4,6), 폴리헥사메틸렌 아디프아미드(폴리아미드 6,6), 폴리헥사에틸렌 아젤아미드(폴리아미드 6,9), 폴리헥사에틸렌 세바카미드(폴리아미드 6,10), 폴리헥사에틸렌 도데카노디아미드(폴리아미드 6,12), 폴리아미드 6/6,10 공중합체, 폴리아미드 6/6,6 공중합체, 폴리아미드 6/12 공중합체 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(high density polyethylene, HDPE), 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(linear low density polyethylene, LLDPE), 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 올레핀계 올리고머는 올레핀-아크릴레이트 올리고머, 올레핀-무수말레인산 변성 올리고머 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 올레핀-아크릴레이트 올리고머는 에틸렌 메틸-아크릴레이트 올리고머, 에틸렌 에틸-아크릴레이트 올리고머, 에틸렌 부틸-아크릴레이트 올리고머, 에틸렌 비닐-아크릴레이트 올리고머 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 올레핀-무수말레인산 변성 올리고머는 에틸렌 부텐-무수말레인산 올리고머, 에틸렌 옥텐-무수말레인산 올리고머, 에틸렌 프로필렌-무수말레인산 올리고머 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 올레핀-무수말레인산 변성 올리고머에 포함되는 무수말레인산 가지는 주쇄 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 30 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 층상 점토 화합물은,몬트모릴로나이트(montmorillonite), 벤토나이트(bentonite), 마이카(mica), 카올리나이트(kaolinite), 헥토라이트(hectorite), 불화헥토라이트(fluorohectorite), 사포나이트(saponite), 베이델라이트(beidelite), 논트로나이트(nontronite), 스티븐사이트(stevensite), 버미큘라이트(vermiculite), 할로사이트(hallosite), 볼콘스코이트(volkonskoite), 석코나이트(suconite), 마가다이트(magadite) 및 케냐라이트(kenyalite)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물은 상기 기초 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, (D) 수지 안정제 0.01 내지 10 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리아미드 수지 점토 복합체 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 연료 수송 튜브.
