Claims (20)
- 리튬 이온 전지의 제조방법으로서,
리튬 이온 전지의 기판 상에 코팅으로서 전극 물질을 적층하는 단계;
가변 주파수의 마이크로파 방사로 적층된 전극 물질을 조사하는 단계로서, 상기 가변 주파수는 최초 주파수에서 최종 주파수까지 램프 업(ramp up) 또는 램프 다운(ramp down)되는 것인, 단계;
조사된 전극 물질을 비수성 전해질 용액으로 습윤화하는 단계; 및
기밀 인클로져 내에 습윤화된 전극 물질을 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는, 리튬 이온 전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적층된 전극 물질의 조사는, 가스의 흐름 하에 조사하는 것을 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 물질은 리튬 코발테이트(lithium cobaltate), 리튬 망가네이트(lithium manganate), 리튬 니켈레이트(lithium nickelate), 및 리튬 니켈 코발테이트(lithium nickel cobaltate) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 물질은 리튬이 삽입된 탄소(lithium-intercalated carbon)를 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 물질은 각각의 기판 상에 적층되는 양극 및 음극 물질, 및 상기 양극 및 음극 물질 사이에 배열되는 세퍼레이터 층을 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 물질은 수성 슬러리로부터 도포되는 것인, 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 물질의 적층은, 상기 기판 상에 상기 전극 물질을 스프레이 코팅 및/또는 트랜스퍼 코팅을 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 금속박을 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비수성 전해질 용액은 에틸렌 카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 및 디에틸카보네이트 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비수성 전해질 용액은 용해된 흡습성 고체를 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
- 리튬 이온 전지의 제조장치로서,
리튬 이온 전지의 기판 상에 코팅으로서 전극 물질을 적층하도록 구성되는 전극-물질 적층 스테이지;
가변 주파수의 마이크로파 방사로 적층된 전극 물질을 조사하도록 구성되는 마이크로파 에미터를 갖는 건조 스테이지;
조사된 전극 물질을 비수성 전해질 용액으로 습윤화하도록 구성되는 습윤화 스테이지; 및
기밀 인클로져 내에 습윤화된 전극 물질을 밀봉하도록 구성되는 밀봉 스테이지를 포함하고,
상기 마이크로파 에미터의 가변 주파수는, 전극 물질이 상기 건조 스테이지를 통과해 전달될 때, 최초 주파수에서 최종 주파수까지, 램프 업 또는 램프 다운되도록 구성되는 것인, 리튬 이온 전지의 제조장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 건조 스테이지는, 연속 시트로서 상기 기판 및 전극 물질을 전달하도록 구성되는 것인, 제조장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 건조 스테이지는, 상기 전극 물질이 조사될 때 상기 전극 물질에 가스가 가해지도록 구성되는 가스 도관을 포함하는 것인, 제조장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 가스 도관은 마이크로파 방사에 투과 가능한 유리 또는 세라믹 윈도우를 포함하는 것인, 제조장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로파 에미터의 가변 주파수는 1 내지 8 기가 헤르츠로 조절 가능한 것인, 제조장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로파 에미터의 전력은 스퀘어미터 당 10 킬로와트 이상인 것인, 제조장치.
- 삭제
- 리튬 이온 전지의 제조방법으로서,
리튬 이온 전지의 기판 상에 코팅으로서 전극 물질을 적층하는 단계;
가변 주파수의 마이크로파 방사로 적층된 전극 물질을 조사하는 단계로서, 상기 가변 주파수는 최초 주파수에서 최종 주파수까지 램프 업 또는 램프 다운되는 것이고 절면이 전극 물질을 따라 형성하는 것을 방지하도록 선택되는 것인, 단계;
조사된 전극 물질을 비수성 전해질 용액으로 습윤화하는 단계; 및
기밀 인클로져 내에 습윤화된 전극 물질을 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는, 리튬 이온 전지의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 상기 전극 물질과 함께 조사되는 금속을 포함하는 것인, 제조방법.
