Claims (9)
- 정극 및 부극을 구비하는 비수전해질 2차 전지의 제조 방법이며,
흑연을 포함하는 부극 합제를 집전체에 도포하는 도포 공정과,
상기 도포 공정에 있어서 상기 집전체에 도포된 상기 부극 합제에 대하여, 상기 부극 합제가 도포된 상기 집전체의 면과 평행한 일방향으로 자력선이 향한 자장을 부여하는 자장 부여 공정과,
상기 자장 부여 공정에 있어서 상기 자장이 부여된 상기 부극 합제를 건조시키는 건조 공정과,
상기 건조 공정에서 얻어진 부극 합제층을 압연하는 압연 공정을 포함하고,
상기 자장 부여 공정에서는,
(1) 상기 집전체의 면에 직교하는 방향으로 자력선이 향한 자장을 부여한 후, 상기 집전체의 면과 평행한 일방향으로 자력선이 향한 자장을 부여하거나, 혹은,
(2) 상기 집전체의 면과 평행한 일방향으로 자력선이 향한 자장을 부여한 후, 상기 집전체의 면에 직교하는 방향으로 자력선이 향한 자장을 부여하는, 비수전해질 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자장 부여 공정에 있어서, 우선, 상기 집전체의 면에 직교하는 방향으로 자력선이 향한 자장을 부여하고, 그 후, 상기 집전체의 면과 평행한 일방향으로 자력선이 향한 자장을 부여하는, 비수전해질 2차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집전체는, 장척 형상의 집전체이며,
상기 자장 부여 공정에 있어서, 상기 장척 형상의 집전체의 폭 방향으로 자력선이 향한 자장을 부여하는, 비수전해질 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 압연 공정 후의 부극 합제층의 밀도가 1.1g/㎤ 이상인, 비수전해질 2차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자장 부여 공정에 있어서 상기 부극 합제에 대하여 부여되는 상기 자장의 강도가 0.5T 이상인, 비수전해질 2차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흑연은, 편평한 인편상 흑연인, 비수전해질 2차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 정극 및 부극을 구비하는 비수전해질 2차 전지이며,
상기 부극은, 장척 형상의 집전체와 상기 집전체의 길이 방향으로 형성된 적어도 흑연을 포함하는 부극 합제층을 갖고 있고,
상기 부극 합제층 중의 흑연의 적어도 50질량%는, 상기 흑연의 (002)면이 상기 집전체의 면에 직교하고 또한 상기 집전체의 폭 방향과 평행해지도록 배치되어 있는, 비수전해질 2차 전지. - 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부극 합제층의 밀도가 1.1g/㎤ 이상인, 비수전해질 2차 전지.
